Hotel Residence MaVie

the hotel is good but we get another room not what we ordered and we just asked to move to another room or choose to move to another hotel because they have a technical problem on water system and that was not comfortable for us after we opened our luggage ?

Breakfast was ok, pool area was and staff is friendly.

We had room next to the road, and you can not have window open during the night. It was really hot in the room and the AC was making strange noises. It was not clean as it should be.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are nice and cosy, ours had a small kitchenette as well. The small pool area was a wonderful addition for the kids. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and was great (plant-based/vegan can get by easily; plant-based milks and lots of cereal/oat choices). We only stayed a single night but it was very pleasant.

Nothing major. Moving from the hotel/restaurant area to the pool area was a bit odd. The pool area was just behind a door on the basement floor, without a dressing area before (there is a dressing area inside the pool area though). Wasn't sure whether to prep in the room or if it's meant to enter the pool area fully clothed in shoes. Again, nothing major just felt odd.

It was beautiful and quiet. A great place for the whole family to enjoy.

Going from your room to the pool is somewhat awkward.

Lovely place and great for families with young children! Breakfast had everything and the pizza in the restaurant was amazing! Very accommodating staff and very helpful. We will come back and have already booked our return stay in June!

On our balcony there was a gap between the floor and wall/window we decided not to sit on this balcony (luckily we had two in our room) as we have a small child that is crawling and could fall down/get stuck, might look at to be filled in. But as we could sit on the other balcony it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The property was very neat and clean and all the staff were lovely, very friendly and will to accommodate the aussies and our lake of of German or Italian.

The location was good. The woman who worked every morning during breakfast was a great professional. The breakfast menu was good. There were plenty of parking spaces and there was no parking fee. The heating system in the room worked perfectly. The water temperature in the indoor pool was perfect after visiting the ski resorts.

The hotel is in need of major renovation. Especially the indoor pool and the rooms. The idea of a children's playroom is great, but there are no games, toys or any activities for kids inside, especially between 5 and 10 years old. The prices of soft drinks in the restaurant are very high.

the swimming pool is open only in summerWe stayed only one night, so there was no need to make up the room the day of the departure, they still made it and the bed was a disaster

This place was great - especially for the kids, who had a pool outside and inside. The good in the restaurant was great as well - We will visit next year too

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The facilities were excellent value for money and the location was breathtaking.Upon arrival there was a new member of staff who was training and she was very impressive considering she was new to the role. Just and all around great experience and will definitely stay again if I return to the area.

A great spot to rest and relax. Short drive to Merano. A great restaurant onsite, and breakfast included.Comfortable, clean rooms and facilities.Would visit again, next time we are in the region

Hotel Residence MaVie is quite special! We loved the views, the friendly staff, swimming pools, restaurant, and the excellent location! From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool, taking in the fabulous views and the surrounding apple orchard. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious, a large assortment of fresh food to choose from. If you would like to see Merano, it is only a short drive away. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were extra comfortable. We had a kitchenette with a refrigerator and the basic supplies to cook. The outdoor pool was lovely with cabanas, lounge chairs and a nice deck to take in the views. We also used the stylish indoor pool, there was plenty of parking and a wonderful playground for children. Our dinner was excellent, with tasty pizza and salad. After a couple days relaxing at Hotel MaVie, we did not want to leave! We would love to come back and would highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Amazing! There is nothing to dislike!

The hotel was perfect for our family. It had great rooms with space, a very good breakfast, a restaurant for dinner, lovely pops and amazing views.

It was a little loud near the road.

Amazing tarrass with beautiful view, very good pool with different levels of deepness. Fantastic shower! The restaurant in the hotel is also very good!

Our room was facing the road, which was very noisy.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful place. Rooms are big, clean and tidy! Sparkling clean towels and bed sheets. Stunning view from the balcony. Great pool with beautiful view over valley. Delicious breakfast. Hosts are such a lovely family very helpful and nice people. We just loved this place! We were planning to stay only 1 night, but could leave such a place, so extended 1 more night. Strongly recommended!

Breakfast was super - wonderful fruit selection, fresh strawberries, kiwi and watermelon in November. Great croissants, super friendly breakfast staff. Room was very big, super comfortable bed and best of all, an absolutely breath-taking view. Lots for kids to do - pool, playground, trampoline. We will definitely be back!!

Lagundo is a great location to explore South Tyrol and Meran.

Unfortunately, the place is a little bit run down. Very uncomfortable beds (you hear every move) and the hotel is directly on a busy road. We couldn‘t get a hood nights sleep which should be the most important thing during a vacation. We also wanted to use the indoor pool during a rainy day but the pool was completely messy (somebody threw furniture into the pool) and there were no poolchairs. South Tyrol has amazing properties so please stay away from this one
