La Villa Bel Ange Hotel

Location was good for us, been before.Watch out when booking on booking.com we book sea view room and paid the price but on arrival this room was already taken.We didn’t see anyone else at the hotel.

Breakfast not worth the money, very cold in the dinning room and lounge area altho we did have the use of throws.

Loved everything. The breakfast, the room, the location and most of all the owner. Most delightful spot to be. Lots of great places to walk and relax.

If the rate was 120 euros per night in such an isolated place, I would rate 5/10, but with a rate 264 euros/night (no breakfast included) , I would rate 2/10 : pictures on booking.com do not correspond to the actual condition of the site or were taken 15 years ago or fake : the current condition of this hotel is outdated and old, all the facilities are outdated, we even didn’t want to stay inside excepted we were obliged to come back for sleeping (fortunately the bed was ok) … and we left early morning next day. The comments of this hotel on booking.com are very positive (9.1) and we were very surprised when we arrived. Then we doubled check and noticed that the comments referred back to August 2023!! This explains probably why we were misled…and why the current status of the hotel was totally out of our expectations, not even an update comment during a whole year ! ! What happened?

Beautiful, peaceful location.Lovely apartment with sea view, kitchen, bath, shower, separate toilet. Sunny terrace with comfortable sofa’s. Ideal place to stay to explore the area (you need a car). Nice coastal walk directly from the garden.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Really peaceful and quiet. You can walk to see some of the local Dolmens which is worth doing if you have time. Lots of places to drive to nearby and worth exploring. Staff were very friend and helpful. There is a lovely lounge area with a pool table and other games for guests to use. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in room 4. This must be the best in the hotel and had very spacious bathroom and bedroom, private deck (on second floor) with permanently heated hot tub and superb views. Sitting area and kitchen area.

Perfect location to explore Quiberon, L'Orient, Carnac, Gulf Morbihan. Generous room size, great facilities, fresh air, sea views, quiet. Perfect simple breakfast

Beautiful small hotel, with great views of the river from the common rooms and some bedrooms. Coastal path accessible at the bottom of the garden. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Good French breakfast.

Only small issue was unreliability of WiFi access.

The surroundings are beautiful. There is an outdoor terrace, a garden, and a view of the water. My room was very comfortable and there is a shared guest lounge with a pool table and lots of places to enjoy the view. Jane, the owner is a wonderful host. It was a great location for exploring the area.

Due to the rural area the internet connection was not always strong.

The personal aspect of the welcome and service by the owner/manager was exceptional and made it a relaxed, but luxurious atmosphere. The decoration was tasteful and modern, the beds comfortable and the facilities in the suite were very good. The sauna was a welcome addition, and the lounge would have been lovely if the weather had not been as lovely. The views from everywhere are breathtaking and there is lots to see and do in the area.

The only issue was couple of the fittings ( plug, deckchair) were not quite right but the owner responded very positively and it did not influence our stay at all.

Wonderful peaceful location on the coast, lots of umbrella pines. Easy to get to local restaurants, Le Chantier was exceptional for seafood. I really liked the angel/health theme and the high quality of the interiors. Lots of spacious public spaces with comfy seats and a sauna.

Nothing, but next time I will check I have booked a room with a view.

Wi-Fi was very poor.Builders working next door, but not much the hotel could do about it and only temporary.

lovely location , very quiet and peaceful.room was very well appointed and the balcony area was particularly great.

everything was really lovely . only suggestion would be the addition of fans in the room,especially given the extremely hot weather that we have been experiencing.
