Parking a bit tight

Staff were excellent. Hotel was nice and clean and good parking

It was handy location close to the ferry.

At arrival the receptionist told tus hat we could get breakfast early the next morning before the ferry. No one was there at 7 am, over the phone the manager apologised and told us that they would only serve breakfast later, so we had to go to another hotel to eat. We ended up paying two breakfasts, and no refunds despite been told we would.

Comfortable mattress, TV channels, cuttle, easy to block out the sun. I slept very well. Hairdryer available and heather setting.

Noise from next door, smelly.

Love the onsite restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were both great. Clean room.

The bed was painful.

Breakfast was fine but standard of evening meal was far below our overall experience on our trip.

Disabled bathroom no fit for purpose the seat was in the wrong place and the bathroom flooded after using the shower making the bathroom very slippery. The breakfast times during the week day ended at 9.00 which is too early.

It was clean enough

There was no A.C. and how the toilet and bath were organized is terrible.

The country feel of the location. We could sit outside our room on our bedroom chair. As it is located high up above Cherbourg, we had a lovely view from the narrow terrace/passage just outside our room.Bed was comfortable. Room as on picture . Not deluxe but had all you needed ( and a bath which I always appreciate!) . Easy to park and bring a small hotel, no rooms are far from the rooms.

Restaurant food was good. Large comfortable bed. Free parking.

Buildings looked rather jaded and exterior staircase needed repairs to non slip covering. Felt as though hotel could do with a refurb. Didn’t appear close to amenities.

Being able to have an adjoining room for the children.

Rooms were simple and dated and it was quite noisy. We were getting in late in the afternoon and chose a hotel with a restaurant but were not advised that the restaurant was closed till we arrived so then had to find alternative place to eat at short notice after a 10hr drive there.

Disaster! Awful Start to our holiday.

They were not expecting us and we had to drive on to our final destination.They had no record o f our booking and by that stage they were full!Please do not charge is for this!

Very dirty bathroom and floors

The dog was welcome.

The room was in need of a facelift, everything about it felt old. The heater was hanging off wall, the towels were dirty and grey coloured. There was no side table for one side of double bed, no rug on floor. Could do with some hooks on wall for coats

CLOSE TO FERRY TERMINAL AND WE HAD A NICE MEAL IN THE RESTAURANT

THE ROOMS WERE VERY DATED AND IN NEED OF UPDATING AND DECORATION
