WiFi did not work the whole time I was there

The location is really good, as we were travelling by car and just needed a place close to the highway to spend the night. We could park our car in front of the room. It also has a Burger King and a Buffalo Grill right across the street. Very handy.

The corridor in front of our room was very dirty with cigarette butts on the floor.

The room was clean, and the shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Secluded parking so was happy to park there.

The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. There was no one in reception after we checked in to see if we could change rooms. We had no change for the coffee machine and it would have cost more in exchange fee's than the drink to use my card.

2nd floor no lifttoilet difficult to use as sink was in the waydidn't like step up and over to get in the shower

wasnt that good tbh, it had a mezanine with single beds for the kids, but they couldnt stay there because there was a 3m drop off the mezzanine from the beds

didnt like the mezzanine drop, there was no real safety in place, didnt like how dirty it was, shower wasnt working so well and was grubby

Easy to find and park. Self check in was easy.Room was small and had no tea/coffee making but for the price was excellent. Great sound proofed room.Clean, nice bed linen and lovely hot water

Does exactly what it says, b&b. Took the booking online very easy at short notice when we got ourselves in trouble and had to stay in france an extra night. Cheep and cheerful

Auto check in as I had a late one.

My family Couldn’t have breakfast prior taking tte ferry because the staff member thought there hasn’t enough bread to cater everyone ?

Not much really to be honest. Maybe that the Hotel has free parking and that is very close to Burger King and another diner area and McDonald's and Auchan. Also what was nice was the fact that the room has a space upstairs.

Noise, noise, noise. From the other rooms, from the housekeeping that was knocking from early in the morning. Window not closing properly and all the smell from people smoking outside was coming inside. And room soo soo small. Nothing like in the photos. Also bathroom very small, if you sit on the toilet you hit the sink.There's no soap in the bathroom except the dispenser in the bathtub so you need to climb into the bath to get some soap to wash your hands.There's no lift available and if you have a buggy for the child it's quite hard to climb all the stairs.Cleaningness was average, not very clean and not very dirty.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Self-service check in terminal was broken. Had to call for assistance. Were told/or misheard our room number and went to the door and used the code to get in and the room was occupied. Someon3e possessions and suit case were in there. Went back to get assistance and was told we went to the wrong room, four of us heard the same number said not sure how we got it wrong? But when I raised my concerns over being given the exact same code to open the correct room door, I was dismissed. My point was it the same door code can open multiple rooms, surely it's a security risk? But they would not listen and were very dismissive I had to walk away.

Good value for money. Small but perfect with 2 teens for quick overnight stay. Clean & comfortable bed

Great for a night stay close to restaurants shops. Room was spotlessly clean. Small but compact everything that u need.

The level a noise from neighbours is a bit much slamming and banging doors running up and down the stars

In the end we did get a good quiet nights sleep and the beds did appear to be clean.

The whole place needs renovated. Fittings and fixtures all need replaced, the cascade of the place on arrival was worn looking. The room smelled of stale smoke and must. Undesirable clientele. We stayed with our three children, needed to be close to ferry terminal.

Small rooms, noise, no heating and AC.

Free parking. Easy check in although we didn't saw our room number nor did we received a ticket. But the helpdesk solved this straight away.Room was clean. Good shower.

The building has already had its best time. A make over would be handy

Ok breakfast was good. Well presented, and a good variety. Needs a bit more space between tables.

Rooms too small. Bathroom needs updating. Room on ground floor next to car park, to noisy.

Extremely clean bedroom and bathroom and very comfortable twin beds.

Would like to have had hot drink making facilities in our bedroom.The price was rather expensive, which we assumed was hiked up because of being in the proximity for the 80th D-Day commemoration?
