Marion the lady at Reception was excellent. She went out of her way to help me. The dinner was good albeit

After arriving back from Marcel’s restaurant having had a wonderful meal, recommended by Marion . At 9:15 pm I asked the young receptionist if the bar was open as I fancied a pint and she told me it was closed. An hour or so later I went down to my camper to get a beer from the fridge. On the way back I noticed two different people at reception a young man and a girl , I asked if the bar is open and they said it was so I went in and had a few refreshing drinks.

Close to ferry but not middle of town. Ability to have evening meal. Breakfast very good

I sent you guys a mail that I can't make the journey any longer but you refused to refund even small part of my money. That's a very bad experience from you guys i don't think I will ever book any accommodation or recommend ibis hotel to any body again in my life

The restaurant as well as local area, staff were kind and helpful

Issues with electrical car charging, we picked the property for the chargers and as they were in the middle of upgrading them, they were not working .

Staff are very nice to sort of our dinner problem with our dog. It’s like 13 minutes drive to the centre.

It’s a bit small but we all know it’s a budget hotel. If it can provide hairdryer will be nice.

The room was comfortable and well planned with separate shower and wc. It had wonderful dado rail lighting with easy controls from the bed. The breakfast was much better than we expected of a budget hotel. There was ample secure parking.

Perhaps the space at the bottom of the bed was a little tight.

Modern and very clean room.Breakfast at 7 euros was excellent value and high quality.

Would have liked a kettle in our room but as it was a budget hotel I expect that’s part of the cost savings

The staff is always nice. The hotel is clean and usually very good value for money.

We were three travellers, my son and I and a friend of mine (not a partner).We were given a double bed and a bunk single bed on top.I had to sleep in the double bed with my son while my friend took the bunk bed.The bunk bed was not even made, we had to make it as we entered the room.There was a big bag on the bed with pillow and duvet "for our convenience". Convenient would have been for the bed to be ready upon arrival.The room was tiny and we had no privacy, the shower gave view to the room no closed door to access the shower room, just a curtain between the beds and the rest of the rooom.We come here every year and are usually given a family room with ample room, 2 single beds for me and my son and a double that my friend take, I hope next year we will get a family room again.

Having ordered an evening meal, I had to wait an hour before it came to table.

It was close to the port, the bed was comfortable an£ the breakfast adequate

It was very difficult to find the right road for entry to the hotel. The service in the dining room was extremely slow but the food when it eventually came was very good.

Really clean and good value . Really good WiFi and air con available. Adequate breakfast.Good parking and convenient for ferry. Fast food outlet immediately outside no need to take life in hands crossing a busy dual carriageway as is common.

We were prepared for breakfast rush but might help to have two coffee machines or aisles
