    Pros +

    • Honestly, other than breakfast and the great gal that hosted breakfast; there was nothing to write about.
    • Cosy calm and over all nice. Perfect for a couple traveling through greece by car wishing to see a genuine greek village also it's very near delphy so that's perfect for an over day trip
    • We loved this place so much that we booked an additional night. The staff is extremely friendly and helped us out when we couldn't come back from a long walk because of closed routes. The rooms have everything you need and the city center is on walking distance (be aware that it is pretty hilly!!)All in all, the place is great and we love to come back.

    Cons -

    • We made this reservation on the day of our stay. We spent more money to get a better room (Junior Suite) but was not made aware that this suite was about 1/4 mile off main property (breakfast, sitting areas, pool, etc.)When we checked in the young women did not speak English so she got here Manager and they sent us over to the Junior Suite. From the time we got there until we left the next morning, it was not good. The Suites are on an alley road that was very old and run down and the view was horrible. Junk all over the streets. We were the only couple in this building. We felt unsafe the entire time. The floors were dirty and had scratches, bugs in the bathroom floor, and plastic under the sheets. At 10pm someone knocks on our door stating “room service”. My husband got up and said we didn’t order. They came with a heavy blanket because the heat wasn’t working. It was so cold all night! Why didn’t they tell us up front about the heat or refuse the reservation? Lastly, our room and front door locked but the big gate to enter property did not lock! Also, the pool was filthy dirty so don’t plan on using it. I couldn’t reach booking.com or I would have left that night. I am still waiting for a refund for this experience.
    • If I had to find something. It was a bit very hot during the night
    • The junior room that was given to us was on the ground floor with absolute no view other than the road. The room had poor noise insulation especially on the roof where footsteps were more than intense and could be heard during the night. The breakfast was predictable but OK. Staff initially refused to provide early breakfast.

The view from room outside to the city and the total design and decoration of the property. The staff was just Excellent.

It was a real challenge to find the parking near the property. The owner should send some details in advanced to help his guests. Google Map and Waze fall to give the right direction!

beautiful location friendly staff and very clean.

    PARKING!!!! You need more parking!!!!

The lady of the house, Panagia was very, very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. She helped us to find the way to the guesthouse. She also recommended us the restaurant California, which was a very nice place with very friendly people and the food was honest, very fresh and tastfull.

the building, the area, the service

    8SpyrosPosted on: 11-1-2023

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location to explore the area, nice design of the buildings and rooms, decent breakfast, very cozy common areas in the main building. I'd stay again, but would prefer a room in the main building.

Size of the room (Junior Suites) for a family of 4 is on the small side (for 2 or 3 people it would be a great option). The room where we stayed at in a previous visit (on the main building of Kyriaki Guesthouse) seemed more spacious. Also, the Suites feel a bit "disconnected" from the main building, there is a short uphill walk to get to breakfast.

Beautiful guesthouse with a nice view and a pool... nice, quiet and relaxing....

I loved everything about this place. Excellent service , clean room , great staff. I loved everything about this place. the view was spectacular. I would definetly stay here again.

Parking was the only issue. not enough parking for guest. It was the only problem.

It was a lovely family run hotel. Lovely traditional restaurants in town. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My daughter left her airpods in the room when we left, and the owners very kindly sent them on to our home address. If you are looking for a small hotel off the beaten track, I would definitely recommend it and the pool is a welcome addition in the summer heat!!

It was difficult to find as some of the roads were closed in town that day, but the owner's children helped bring our luggage in

    10DavidPosted on: 7-31-2023

Very nice stay, quiet area. Rooms were comfortable and I would happily stay again.

Tricky to find the hotel and some narrow access roads. I saw some other people also struggled to find from reading their comments. This is the location you should put into Google Maps (38.6351375, 22.5901299). However once you find it is a good place to stay.

    10MonicaPosted on: 7-31-2023

Friendly staff and beautiful property. Good value and even for an exceptionally hot day, the AC worked and the room was cooler than expected. We had to leave before breakfast and they prepared food for us to take with us.

Need to be prepared for the narrow roads - which is not uncommon for Greek villages.

    10BetseyPosted on: 7-12-2023

An old house maintained/refurbished to preserve historic details, with beautiful rooms with high ceilings and air conditioning. Spectacular setting on top of the town with an expansive view of the valley, and with a pool to boot! Snack bar with tasty sandwiches and drinks, as well as a little bar out by the pool. Extensive breakfast offerings, all delicious. Everyone working there was super kind and accommodating. They have prepared a little booklet with ideas of things worth seeing in the area, which goes well beyond the obvious. Just great.

The pool is a big draw. It was full of kids when I was there, and most of them were chill, but it became something of a dodge-ball game to swim, and the ball just missed my glass once. "There's a great future in plastics..." ...and late "adult swim" hours?

    8DafiPosted on: 7-6-2023

Nice boutique hotel. The room had lovely views of the town and a cozy fireplace. Everything was very clean. The pool area looked lovely but it was closed when we were there.

It's a bit hard to reach with a car. Our room was adjacent to the sitting area, and when people set there it felt like they are in the room with us (in the public sitting area you can see the windows to the bedroom and bathroom of the room). Breakfast was pretty modest compared to other hotels in Greece.

We only stayed one night while passing through to the mountains, but the property was fantastic. It’s location it town provides a great view and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable (they were the softer springy type) but this could just be down to personal preference.

The location at the foothills of the Parnassus mountains is lovely, the village is very authentic and beautiful. People exceptionally friendly. We were met by John, a young man that went out of his way to help us feel welcomed. Great room with a country style decoration .

Access roads are hard to find , unfortunately, the address is not well indicated by Google maps. That is where the village neighbors come to the rescue to guide you to the guesthouse.
