Wellness Hotel Villa Magdalena

The food was amazing, they had gluten free options. The staff was friendly and helpful, the massage was great, the rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. The price was good and the location was great.

Nothing, it was amazing.

Heated indoor pool kept at a perfect temperature and condition. All three saunas were different. Staff very friendly and kind.

Everything was perfect. Would recommend for couples. I even proposed to my fiance in the yellow room.A-la carte restaurant was delicious and breakfast had varieties.

The hotel is nice and clean, they also have kind and attentive staff.

The wifi was not okay. I wanted to do some work, but it was impossible.

The staff was very approachable and friendly. The food was great. Lastly, the hot tub in the room is an absolute win.

One minor thing I’ve noticed is that the TV couldn’t rotate enough to be watched from the hot tub. Considering that it has a “swinging” arm mount, I’d recommend moving it a bit to the left (room 28)

Room just like in the pictures, everything was clean and comfortable, staff is very accessible and always with a smile, nice views from the room, value for money is on point, I would definitely come back.

Excellent room, fully equipped, nice and polite stuff. Restoran on site also with great meals. Fully recommend.

Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the spa was really nice. The restaurant's balcony has a great view.

The gym is really small, but it can serve a purpose of getting a quick workout in.

Jacuzzi on the room is fine as usual

After other 3 time, spent in this Hotel in the past, where the dog was allowed, on the Breakfast zone, this days, we and our dog, has been moved outside on the balcony, where was cold and wet, due to rain. Reserve a table, inside the brekfast zone where the pet are allowed, could be a good soultion, not only a room. Also, during the reservation, I informed regarding the dog, and answer was : "Dog are allower in our Hotel and price is 15Euro night"....Yes...but only the room, please specify, Brekfast zone is part of Hotel. So, some noise during the night, and room smelly, may be was the humidity outside. Due to the first part of problem, I believe we cannot have another holiday in that Hotel, where we pay 37Euro for our pet, and we cannot stay with in the brekfast zone.

Overpriced, poorly maintaned bathroom, scale on the faucet restricting flow. Shampoo not topped up, light in the room flickering, some spiderwebs here and there...

We stayed at the hotel for the second time. The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. A great thing is the jacuzzi in the room with thermal water, so we used the wellness only to a limited extent if you have a private one. I recommend accommodation with half board - the choice of dishes at dinner is impressive, dishes always made from seasonal ingredients, interesting and imaginative in the format of fine dining but with large enough portions to fill you up. The breakfasts are also generous and varied. Also interesting is the offer of the wellness center in the form of massages and other activities, which are not a problem to order on the spot and the prices do not differ much from the regular prices in the city. Parking is possible directly at the hotel (although with the fact that there are blocked places for charging electric cars and, of course, also for the disabled, it is likely that it will be a bit difficult to find a parking place during a busy period, and given the location of the hotel on a hill, I would probably not want to deal with alternative options down in small town)

I can't find any negatives, only two small things as a warning - if someone is less mobile, the elevator to the restaurant is located on the mezzanine and you need to go down a few stairs. The second warning is about the arrival - repeatedly, the navigation guided me to the hotel from the lower side from the hospital, but be careful, it is a one-way street and then you have to turn around and go around it - you have to come to the hotel from the upper side, like from the cemetery.

Spa area is very nice and we enjoyed the pool and other amenities.

Parking is very narrow and steep.Breakfast room is very, very small and crowded for self servicing.WIFI is very week.

Huge room with balcony and great views of the surrounding hills. The included breakfast selection was excellent, and food at the restaurant overall was very good. The hotel has a nice small pool, with saunas and steam room, and the spa treatments were good and well priced.

There were no accessible plug sockets in the main room - we had to either move the sofa bed, or unplug the mini bar.Supermarkets and a couple of restaurants are a short walking distance away, but visitors with reduced mobility should be aware the hotel is up a steep hill.

We really enjoyed the tub in the room, very relaxing. I enjoyed treatments I paid for, very nice atmosphere overall. We had half board, both were very good quality food, always served by nice staff.

There were few things in the room, that would need improvement, like parts in shower falling apart or fittings under the sink. The mattress was too soft and bed was overall smaller size.

Big comfy room with jacuzzi. Clean with nice linen. Rather large bathroom and nice view.

For the price it should be more welcoming and acomodating personel. Had to ask twice too cool a bottle of wine. Air con wasn't working upon chec inn on a hot summer day. Massage lady was sent home eary so we coudn't get massage. It felt way to expencive for services given.

The property is wonderful, the room was extremely spacious, the view is fantastic and everything is spotless clean. Added to that, wonderful staff be it at reception, the restaurant and housekeeping. This was an unplanned stay due to issues with the car, so we were not prepared to try the spa, but we were really delighted. Very pleasant stay.

The air condition dosn"t work. When I ask the rception about it, they say that thay can't switch it on because sumbady have to check the system beforre.
