The sea view.

If they would add non-all-inclusive option i would come back. The waist of food and drinks. Very expensive. I would prefer 2 meals.

It was close to the beach

The room was full of spider nets, full of sand, stains of dead mosquitos on the walls, the door was not closing, just with the keys, the food was unsaltey, no taste, the drinks was bad quality

The AC was not as cold as we would like it to be.

Good location. We had an extra visit to the local aqua park.

They lack staff that know how to do their job. The room had an issue with the balcony door and they could not find a person to fix it. We had to raise it a couple of times.The room had issue with electricity and on the reception the first time we raised it they did not record it. We had to tell the manager in order for the electricity to be fixed.Room was dirty, especially the bathroom.Food in the all inclusive was limited (example: the only meat they had was pork in one evening).The parking lot is far from the hotel and you have to use stairs to bring your baggage.

The location itself, the food and interactive program are good and satisfactory.

The front door in the room was not working well, it was difficult to open the door with the key, the keyhole was outdated and needed to be replaced

Great location right in front of the beach, amazing seaview, very friendly and helpful staff.

The food was apparently cheap, mostly processed foods and there was also not much variety. The restaurant terrace is not comfortable for families with children, because of the heavy smoking. Rooms and especially bathrooms/wc might benefit from renovation.

Very delicious food, great variety, privacy,comfy beds,wonderful seaview,spacious rooms and bathrooms, I would love to be back!

Excelent view, great beach, very clean and nice room, panoramic elevator.

The food was not so great and not enough for everybody. If you wanted meat, there was always a waiting cue in front of you. All drinks are local and if you want bottled drinks, you need to pay extra. That is what "Ultra all inclusive" means at this hotel.

It was in a great location next to the beach. It was clean and modern.

No toilets upstairs in the food area. Only one lot of toilet facilities behind reception which didn’t smell very nice.

The location was nice and the resort was quiet and family friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach, which is clean and not very crowded. There are free zones on the beach which can be used for group sports activities. There are several playgrounds within reach that are enjoyed by children.

The room was small and rather impractical. The food lacked taste. The policy related to the restriction of reservation of beach beds with towels was either not respected or enforced selectively.

Position. Very close to the beach.

It was not clean. Found mold in the AC, which was not working properly and they did not send anybody in 4 days to fix it.

Proximity to beach, very good and a lot of food & drinks almost all the time, very organized staff, constantly maintaining hygiene and order!

Reservation of beach and pool facilities almost all the time with little to no actual presence during the day was a bit frustrating.

The location is beautiful. Green on the one side with the sea on the other. Great view from the room even when taking a shower! donuts at 3 o'clock were the hit of the day for our children :)

We felt like we were in a box of ants. We have never seen such a crowded hotel. The worst is in the restaurant. There are so many people in such a small area of the food. (food is served on 4 tables one next to the other, serving all guests). Dinner would take for us more than an hour, because the tables are simply empty immediately and many people standing waiting for food. This is not designed to handle such an amount of guests (Adding to that - twice we received raw meat and gave it back to the team working there). The BBQ in the town is a great idea... Tip for the hotel - if you add a salad bar there and open the bar for drinks, then many people would choose to sit downstairs. Without the crowd problem, this hotel would easily get a 9... (The second point for us was the double bed which was a little bit too small for our size)

The beach ⛱️ , the room hotel and the balcony view. The food is good.

The bathroom sealing has been dripping for the first 3 days. You would have to fight in the morning for umbrellas from the beach even if the hotel has its private beach. And the worst part , probably that is why umbrellas were not enough, the first 2 umbrellas rows are not free.
