Surrounding area was nice as well as the hotel

No to many options to eat/drink outside of standard hours (breakfast/dinner time)

Hotel does not have parkingToilet ventilation has huge noise All the foods, breakfast, lunch and dinner were not fresh, all are oldCafe machine had bug mole and germ From hotel till beach, there is big distance, they mentioned, there is shuttle bus till beach but the location was not cleared and every 30 min goes one.On bedroom all equipment are old.Bed mattresses are old and you sink inside of it.There was one wooden chair in bed bud did not have cushion.

SPA area was OK, but not as in a 5* hotel, more like 3* in Therma Palace. Much better SPA in ECO therma. We had an ALL inclusive reservation, however not everything was included in the package: no free alcohol cocktails, like in many other 5* hotels that we stayed.Kids animation program was the highlight of our vacation- full day activities but inconvenient is that all are located in the other hotel -> Eco Therma, 10 min walking distance. As we have moved there after one night distance was not a problem anymore.

ROOM : verry bad smell and mold in corners-> i recommend you to check verry good this when you check-in. We stayed one night and requested a room change. They did move us to the other Hotel ECO Therma in a family thematic room.FOOD - verry bad- few choices that looked like from previous meals- valid for both Palace and ECO ThermaPERSONAL - not friendly at all -> valid for both locations- seemed like we are there to disturb them :( .RESTAURANT: closed at 22:00 and no other choices to enjoy your evening, like an open bar that until 00, that other 5* hotels have ALL inclusive (some of them 24h/ day)

The idea behind the spa complex. The pools and the interior of tho hotel part.

It's dirty. There is no good maintenance. In the pools, everywhere I see mold. In the change room the lights is veeery low and everywhere i see rust. The hairdryer not working. in the main pool the styrofoam roman columns are crumbling. in summary, there is no maintenance. everywhere you can see mold and green slime forming. in no way does Booking suggest that there is no road to the complex due to repairs on the only street leading to it.

The food was excellent and in large variety. The mineral water was warm, including the outdoor pool. The sauna experience was above expectations! Levender, salt , dry or steam- all saunas were super! The atmosphere in the lobby was cozy- with fireplace, many comfortable armchairs, coffee, plenty tea bags ,juice, hot sandwiches few hours before dinner- kind staff ...everything made me feel like in a beautiful story!

Don t have any idea! For the money we paid, the services were beyond!

There was nothing

Overall it was ok. the spa area is good, it offers you almost everything you need - Turkish sauna, herbal, dry 80-90°, hot tub , indoor pool cca 30°C warm water, and some other interesting things and services. gym it's decent, for muscle and shape maintenance. room was spacious. in general friendly staff. in conclusion - for Spa services - I would rate it 4 and half stars

Food : the food was way below 5 star level,I have stayed at many 4-star hotels in Bulgaria, but the food was much more diverse than here, actually I would evaluate it at 3 and half stars , in addition, for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars, some things needed renovation, in the restaurant some armchairs were worn with the sponge sticking out, the decorative wands in the rooms were worn and cracked, the chandeliers of the table lamps speckled and even dirty...only a few civilized parking lots (about 7-8 spaces), the rest of the cars were parked on an unpaved street, next to the hotel. the small town of Kranevo - unkempt, uncivilised. almost nothing to see and visit around. the beach around 10 minutes walk. in conclusion,if you come for spa and relaxation, and you are not very picky about details and food, it's ok. overall - it's OK, but only for 4 stars hotel

I booked a 5-day stay to relax and rejuvenate after surviving a major cancer operation last year.The hotel is ok, but it's crying for renovation and it was not clean.I had to request to change my room, as the 1st one's bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke, and the air con was extremely loud(it was not possible to turn the fan off completely). I dropped one of my earrings on the floor and had to check under the bed for it with my phone torch..... there were hairs, broken biscuits, swept up dust underneath, etc. I couldn't believe my eyes, and there was also durt and a cigarette butt as I opened the window. On the 3rd day, I was moved to another room, bigger and with a balcony. It was a better one, but one of the doors on the shower cabin was missing, there was a puddle on the floor, which I came to realise was from the bathroom sink tap, that was leaking from somewhere.I had my parents arriving the day before I left. They were given a room next to mine. A nice-looking double room with a view and balcony. They had to turn their air con off at night as it was too hot, and on the next morning, when they woke up, it stunk of mould!I was greeted really well and supported throughout my stay by the ladies at the desk . Thank you!!The gym was good, but there was a leak right in the middle of the room that never got fixed or even sorted. There was also a bad smell in the room.The food was ok, but nothing special. It felt like eating at a canteen.There was a waiter of an age on my last evening who acted rather aggressive towards me and my parents because we were not with all-inclusive bands. I knew the rules and was expecting to pay at our table after we picked up some food from the "spread" and sat down. He spoke to us in a very loud voice and horrid manner. Shamed us in front of all the guests at the restaurant and requested that we pay right away (we still had our plates in our hands!)That's a NO NO!

Room was very dirty, mold everywhere !Missing shower door.

The rooms were very pleasant, with comfy beds, sunny balcony (although it was pointing to the sea we couldn't see it from the 1st floor (only other buildings). The mineral spring pool was open (despite late in season) and definitely recommendable. I appreciated the staff handing me some hot water to make a bouillon when I didn't feel well (the rooms only offered tea, coffee and the like for unjustified prices)

It definitely wasn't a 5 star service, 7 minutes after the end of breakfast i wanted to use the coffee machine, but it was already turned off. I was told if I want a coffee now you have to pay. The spa area opens at 8.30, and the (older) life guard of the pool told us in a bossy tone that the pool isn't open until 9...the nice SPA lady let us enter anyway. We were wearing as required some slippers, but when changing from the indoor to the outdoor pool I obviously didn't put them on for the 5 meters and he got really annoyed dragging me to the sign with all the rules....generally speaking, I think especially in a 5 star hotel, one should only employ people that want to make your stay a pleasant one ;)

We were not allowed to access the pool and spa without ruber slipers. Point is that we were not warned at the hotel reception about the request when we checked in. More over no spare slippers at the spa reception for such cases.

We like it all??????..we came 4 couples in economy and double rooms, every thing was very good, clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the SPA facilities, especially the hot jacuzzi outside???, big pools, herbal sauna, therapy with little fishes, sea and beach very closeWe also had 2 birthdays celebration and Irina from reception, was so great, very attended with us, with everything we needed from the bar and we received a birthday cake and champagne as gift, from the hotel...that was top, so nice and we felt special????? Gratitude Therma Palace Hotel!!???Good breakfast, good food at dinner...so we're happy with this accommodation and definitely we'll come back?Thank you Therma Palace for the lovely atmosphere!!Thank you Irina, you are lovely and professional ❤️
