The food was really good for the price! I especially enjoyed the swimming pool — there was a lifeguard on duty, plenty of sun loungers and chairs, and lots of space in the garden as well.

OK, this is a cheapest hotel i saw around Albena, so I need to take into account price/quality ratio! And I found this hotel really great! We got a very late check-in (about 24 o'clock) and the hotel staff was super helpful, even cared about where to put my car!Even though the room is not renovated, it is still OK to sleep there, everything works etc. The room is big enough, has a balcony, wardrobe, etc.The bed linen was clean and tidy.The coffee / drinks from the machine in the hotel hall taste awesome and are cheap, I recommend you to try it))

The flour in the room could be cleaned better, i.e., when I moved one of the beds, it was dust under it.

The hotel is big, clean, the staff is polite, there is a parking place and 2 swimming pools - very clean. The rooms are standart, there is a terrase on every room and most os the day they are shadowed by beautifull old trees. The price - there is no such price!

There is no fridge. Good. There is no air conditioner. That is bad. The awlfull is, that there are no insect nets on the terrace doors. This is not emphatically written in the offer, so that when I booked the room I did not knew it. After that, my whife read somewhere in the coments about these three isues and I still did not believed her. How such a big hotel will not have fridges? We left for the hotel with some fear of what kind of place we were going to end up.At the end - it was not so bad, everything except the insect nets a man can live without, and the price is incompattible!If I know, that next year there will be insect nets, I will go again!

No air con in the summer really sucks. Cheap but not worth even that amount, I had to go to another hotel.

Food was delicious! staf very nice but no speaking english, but anyway wasnt hard to comunicate.perfect swimming-poll for kids, but lifeguard there was madgreat value to price ;) building is old but its clean in the rooms, nice garden ;)

All staff were very caring. Especially the parking attendant, the dishwasher and the food handlers were very friendly. The garden is small but covered with trees that are cool and beautiful. The food was meticulously prepared and tasted good.

It would be nice if the room were a little bigger.

The breakfast was fine just like in other bulgarian hotels, except that it's not buffet style and being 1 star, you don't get diversity. But i've been to 3-4 star hotels that have the exact same food as 2 stars.I'm a very modest person and usually don't have preferences when it comes to hotel rooms, i'm not obsessive about location/cleaning/towels/hotel food or interaction with staff like other people do. The main purpose i pay for a room is to sleep in a bed, but here sleep i did not! And i had better sleeps in tents on beaches than here.

I did not have a single complete night sleep here. They've probably placed me in the worst position in the hotel, just in front of some tables where people made noise at night and they were staring whenever i changed or did just about anything in the room. I'd never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room i'm paying to stay in my life. Because there are no window curtains, and also outside there are lights just in front of the room. It's horrible to sleep in daylight conditions. You probably hear them at the tables from other rooms too because they are located in an atrium space. And because of lack of air conditioning you have to sleep with the window open and you hear them. They go there at all 3 meals carrying food plates from the restaurant and stay there until late night, talking out loud 2m from someone's windows is not normal.There are no real windows with insect net and i had to hunt mosquitoes before bed.The other bad reviews here are very pertinent even if i did not believe some at first but...Worst part comes here, there are loud children everywhere running inside until late night. There were 2 nights ruined by them. They are many and careless, they come without parents in camping style excursion trip with just 2 attendants sharing a room of 3-4. One time one was puking just in front of my door. I will not judge that, because drinking lots of beer when i was 10 on field trips i'm guilty off. Probably a tradition here that goes on all summer since the rooms are cheap. I will never come back, and will never buy overpriced frozen pizza in kranevo restaurants that have Pizza&grill banner.

the hotel has a correct price, a kind staff, cleaning was done daily in the room and the pool is of very good quality. Everything I found in the description was correct. The location in the center of Kranevo resort and the short distance from the beach is a strong point for this hotel.

I have nothing to comment. I particularly appreciate the efforts to maintain this hotel in optimal operating parameters under the conditions of the current crisis

nothing specific pictures are not accurate, I like the location nearby restaurants high street, like receptionist very helpful. housekeeping was absolutely polite and helpful. value of money

the place crying for restoration, 1 star ⭐️with option-all inclusive (buffet) I was wondering how I didn’t have food poisoning but we was alright! some staff super rude (chefs) nagging, murmuring about the guests consuming too much food.. for 6 nights stay no sheets changing (not including)..

A catastrophic stay with bedbugs

I stayed at room 226 from the 26th June-6th of July ! The room has bedbugs !No Hygiene and the furniture really old and dirty ! i got bitten by bedbugs and i didn’t know what it was until my dermatologist explained me that the small bloodstains on my sheets are from the bedbugs..The fresh sheets also had small blood stains .. that means that i was not the only one with the problem! On the top .. For 2 days the water was running red because of a problem and i couldn’t shower !

Hotel is nicely located close to shopping-street and 15 mins walk to the white sand beach. It is clean, safe, quiet (my room was looking to parking) and pleasant chilly because of high trees covering sunshine. Swimming pool in very good condition and restaurant at hand. In general very good hotel for lone travellers and families.

Food could have been more variable in the form of open buffet, but it was before the start of the high season so it is okey. Restaurant staff on the other hand was very friendly and the food was rightly seasoned. All in all service was amicable and helping.

Good location. Clean and spacious room. Budget friendly place to crash with extremely polite and friendly personnel, good breakfast and plenty space to park.

Kinda loud - poor noise isolation of the rooms. Furniture and general inventory in the room had seen better days... probably in the last century when they were built :)
