    Pros +

    • Very nice, comfortable and large room/apartment
    • The location is ok
    • Everything was as expected. The hotel offers very good, clean and well-maintained facilities. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms and pleasant atmosphere contributed to a successful stay. I highly recommend!

    Cons -

    • The SPA zone should be more large and relaxed. A big pool for relaxing, not swimming competition.
    • Very disappointed with the staff…The food was mediocre with very little choices. The water temperature was cold in all pools except for the little spa outside.
    • What I didn't like: Unfortunately, the behavior of some tourist groups leaves a lot to be desired — constant noise, lack of respect for other guests, and abusive use of the relaxation facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool), including drinking alcohol in prohibited areas. After dinner and until late at night, the atmosphere became disturbing, and the staff seemed overwhelmed in managing these situations. It's a shame, because the hotel offers excellent conditions.

    Hotel, food, entire ambience

Some French hokey players neighbours drunk & noisy.

We had a villa with a near pool. Villa was really nice, big space, pleasant interior, nicely arranged. The food offers less variety compared to other hotels, but the quality is much better. Every day there is fish, seafood, and a variety of cheeses. An extra plus for the indoor pool (very large) and for the spacious beach where you can always find a sunbed.

    Nightmare

    1. This is far away of 5 stars2. No valet parking3. No luggage service4. Lack of proper maintenance everywhere5. Incompetent hotel management and as a result - staff6. Food was awful, lack of proper micro management, not working facilities (toaster), crouded and noisy

Whether was so and so during our stay

Rude staff showing adversity to Romanians. Even booking.com Customer Care could not handle it

    5CristinaSMariaPosted on: 8-18-2025

The hotel has its own beach area and it was very nice. Worth a visit.

All inclusive buffet was incredibly disappointing. From scarcity on some courses to quality of the served food - lacking panache and creativity. Particularly, the sweets felt like made by a granny in the village of Kranevo, definitely not 5 stars hotel cook (cook not pâtissier). Moreover difficult access to the food due to many people crammed in an improperly narrow place .Most of the tables with leftovers and not prepared to welcome guests if not arrived at opening time

    The location and the parking.

I had several major issues with both the hotel and the staff during our stay:Elevator Situation: The hotel had only one working elevator, with a capacity of 6–8 people, for five floors and approximately 500–700 guests. The second elevator was out of order for our entire five-night stay, and no repairs were made. As you can imagine, especially around breakfast time at 8 a.m., the wait was excessive. We're a family with a small child and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes, only to eventually take the stairs down from the fifth floor with our child.Housekeeping Delay: On our second day, we requested that our room be cleaned and the towels changed. We left for the beach and returned around 11:30 a.m., expecting to freshen up before lunch, but the room hadn’t been touched, and the wet towels were still on the floor. When we asked the cleaning lady, she told us she was the only one on the floor and was prioritizing rooms for new arrivals.Shower Issues: The shower in our bathroom was severely clogged, with barely any water coming out. I reported the issue to the reception, and they promised a technician would come to fix it. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up during our entire stay.All-Inclusive Meals: The food provided as part of the all-inclusive package was far below the standards of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast started at 7:30 a.m., but when we arrived around 7:45, many food items were still not available. On multiple occasions, there was no bread even 15 minutes after breakfast had begun. This happened every morning.Dirty Dishes: The dishes and cutlery were frequently dirty, which is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone a 5-star one.Stray Dogs: There were three stray dogs roaming around the outdoor dining area. I spoke to a waiter about it, and he explained that they had tried to remove the dogs but were unsuccessful. However, it’s the hotel’s responsibility to ensure such animals are not present on the premises, especially in a dining area.

The complex is nice on the first line with an extremely good beach and amenities on it. It is great for families with children, because there are programs for the little ones. The food is quite tasty and varied. The staff is friendly and responsive. The pools are areas with pleasant water.

Unfortunately, there is no adequate management team to monitor the maintenance of the green areas, the restaurant and the condition of the hotel area. It is obvious that it was created with taste and a good idea, but "worn out" over time.

Our 10-night stay at ECO Therma Village - All Inclusive & Private Beach & Free Parking in Kranevo (July 9 - July 19) with my spouse and two grandchildren was enjoyable, with one exception that I will mention later. The location was perfect for a summer getaway, featuring a private, well-maintained beach area on the sea, two large swimming pools, spas, and options for various sports and activities. The professional swimming pool was superb. The apartment in the main hotel we had (on two levels) was clean, big, tastefully designed, and had all the conveniences we required, including fast Wi-Fi and a TV. The cleaning ladies (mostly from Kazakhstan, I believe) were extremely efficient, friendly, and hardworking. Nice gym at a readily available location. The all-inclusive restaurant (with bar) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the pool bar, and the beach bar were all well-organized. The food was quite good (excellent fish, some of the meat was a bit greasy, the fruit and vegetables okay (except for the tomatoes), nice desserts and ice cream The pool bar was operated by two excellent bartenders, top class Victoria Ermenko (Ukrainian) and Nickolay (Bulgarian), and the restaurant bar by a young, but very efficient and nice man from Kirgistan (Нуржигит Мадияров). The lifeguards at the beach and pools were also very professional. And the primary animation, young lady Simona, was great! And Zhuzha is a really pleasant and professional waitress.

So, if it hadn't been for a disappointment on the day of arrival, my 10-night vacation at ECO Therma Village - All Inclusive & Private Beach & Free Parking would have left me feeling joyful, safe, content, and carefree. Now I get to the point I mentioned earlier: when I entered the Eco Therma Village area, I was confronted by a low-life person who appeared to be some sort of manager or something of the skating arena (everything happened in front of its booth) or the tennis courts. An insider! He had stopped his Mercedes (or BMW) with a companion blond lady in the only available lane, and while attempting to bypass him, he made it clear that he would cut my throat if I scratched his car, forced me to drive backwards to the barrier (under the guard's astounded look), and used extremely foul language. So, thank you for spending great family time at Eco Therma Village—it was a pleasure to be there—but unless the appropriate measures are taken, I would be hesitant to recommend Eco Therma Village.

The location is ok, right on the beach and it has a lot of activities: inside and outside pool, outside jacuzzi, playground, ice ring (extra cost), horseback riding, parking and restaurant. The theme rooms are fun and the food was great (a little crumped).

The walking alley around the pool is very narrow and there are too few places where you can sit. The restaurant/bar is way across the hotel, so if you want a drink at the pool you have to go there (not fun when is out of season, as the reception area is cold). The rooms are ok, large, confortable beds, but if you look closer, a major renovation is needed. Everything is outdated and rusty.

Real 5* hotel. For the standard room we have also an extra bed for the kid. Free water every day for all guests.

We are frequent guests of the hotel and come here for the pool and ice rink. Generally comfortable hotel, nicely decorated rooms and helpful staff. Some of the rooms already need maintenance, there is mold in the bathroom, floors and furniture kind of worn out.As I've always stated, the pool needs longer working hours. Starting at 9, it overlaps with breakfast and you can't benefit from both, although you paid for it.

    9IulianPosted on: 2-28-2025

All was good... Food tasty and diverse, clean room, nice stuff. The only little thing was we had only 1 bathroom at the entire apartment. A second one it will be much better, especially with 5 members family. In the rest, only good things.

The staff did all it's best so we have a relaxing weekend in Eco Therma Village Kranevo, they were all polite and willing to help. The hotel offered a "bulgarian music evening" with singer Tedy Genev that everyone enjoyed. The buffet breakfast and dinner were among the best I've ever had. Especially dinner, with so many choices such as roasted suckling pig, turkey, beef shanks and so on, also salads, sweets and various fruits. We've very much enjoyed the hotel's spa, with a large swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, turkish and finish saunas, salt sauna and a generous relaxing zone.

Saunas should be better warmed at opening hour.

    5AncaPosted on: 2-19-2025

The food is bad, in the restaurant there are not enough tables for all the guests

The swimming pool area is to small to fit all the people wanted to use it. The water in the pool was too cold to relax and swim in it. Outside there is a small jacuzzi with hot water. 50 people tried to use it at once. No privacy.

    8KeraPosted on: 2-4-2025

There was some really friendly stuff at the bar and from the personal and as well the guy who make the horse trips at the beach. They Was treating us very kind and they made our trip . The Spa is fine as well and you can see in total that the whole hotel has some kind of a special style, we love.

But one thing was not good , especially for a 5*Hotel and that was the food. They offer a lot, but not good quality and some kind of good taste. Main dish was not acceptable. And the Smoking room need AC! But over all we made it special for us .

    10BlackPosted on: 1-19-2025

The breakfast and the dinner were very good, good and varied food for all tastes.Big room and nice arranged in aztec style, clean. Very nice lobby, with seating areas and fireplace and a bar.Good spa services, including massage.

The lightning in the bathroom was not enough. No conditioner for hair. Also the lighting at the small jacuzzi pool was very poor. I think better lighting was needed in that area. There were deserts but they could have been more creative. The desserts were quite modest.
