Sunny Castle Hotel - All Inclusive, Beach and Free parking

The location, it was clean and the staff was very kind??. The food was good also, many choices.

Actually they only thing that i didn t like was the elevator, the door closes too soon and it almost hit my kid.

For those who want a quiet vacation in an excellent atmosphere I highly recommend this hotel.The rooms are very clean, the food is very good and varied.We thank the staff for the effort they put into ensuring a wonderful vacation, but especially Radev (I hope I'm not mistaken in his name) for everything they did for us.

The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The food was excellent, with a great variety and fresh flavors that really stood out. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, Sunny Castle Hotel offers a perfect combination of cleanliness, good food, and warm hospitality—I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The accesibility is a bit rough, but everything else is top-notch, nice staff, good food, good view.

The hotel itself looks fine, seems that it is was renovated not long time ago. Even so the choice of food or drinks on all-inclusive option was not big, the food was delicious and fresh, the bar menu was ok. We very much like the stuff - everyone is friendly and willing to help, and also we were surprised to receive a nice compliment from hotel for the birthday.

In my opinion, it is a little bit overpriced as for such service and overall hotel. The choice of food is small, and as we were staying for 4 nights, at some point it was repeating. Also, the queue during dinner or lunch are very long, and sometime if you are not on time - you might not get what you wanted as it is all taken.The beach is in walking distance, but the location itself is very weird, between parked cars and trashcans. Also, even so it is written that you are not allowed to leave your towel to reserve a sunbed - 7.30 half of the sunbeds are already "reserved". Plus it is not only for the hotel guests as people from other places coming, paying and having the spot. The atmosphere itself is not cozy in the hotel, in the evening there are no even some programs as in all-inclusive hotels and bar is working only until 10 p.m The spa - doesn`t worth paying, we actually booked this place additionally because of spa access but it is very smallA lot of smoking people, so if you are very against it might be a problem, because it is alowed to smoke almost everywhere there

Excellent hotel, very close to the beach, good food. The staff is very friendly and speaks very good English. The rooms are pretty big and cleaning is very good.An excellent location, we had a very pleasant vacation. For sure we will come again.

Excellent location, excellent food, very kind staff.

It's a very pretty hotel, located just a few meters from the beach. The room was spacious and very clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and plenty, staff very friendly. Nice pool. We'd stay here again.

The only disadvantage was that the aircon was not really powerful and we found it a bit expensive for Bulgaria standards.

The best food we ever had at a Bulgarian hotel! Supreme quality which compensates the limited choice. The staff deserve a medal- polite, professional and friendly without false pretense! Short walk to the beach.High standard of cleanliness.

Our room was noisy due to the parties at the hotel next door.

Every time we visit this hotel it exceeds our expectations! Extraordinary welcome, beautiful rooms, great staff, incredibly tasty food and cozy atmosphere. The beach is more than perfect. We really enjoyed our time and we definitely will come back!

Food, location and staff are great!!!

Wellness center at hotel is not working. You need to notify at least 2 hours in advance that you want to use it. As a an alternative, guests are being sent to the neighboring hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the cleaning lady tried to enter our room early in the morning without knocking at the door.☹️

Compare with different years, it was the 4rd time for us, we see a difference. The most one was the celebration of the guest birthday. It was something unique for us and this year was not.

Kind and polite staff that care for the guests, a nice pool, good and various food, a sandy and clean beach at front of the hotel

Sunbeds at the beach are certainly not enough, I overheard about people coming at 6AM to "reserve" a sunbed, throwing a towel on it. There are no free sunbeds at 8AM, so be prepared.

We enjoyed the food, the staff was really nice, everyone always with a smile, whatever we asked for we received, the room was big, we could move the bed to put it against a wall so our kid can sleep safely, the pool was really nice, the beach super close. A very very nice experience.

The only thing where they can do better is the cleaning, and I mean it could be invested a bit more is more professional tools that can help cleaning the rooms. The cleaning lady was super sweet, she even considered our sleep scheduele and was always coming early in the morning while we were at breakfast, but a professional mop and better utensils would make a huge difference.

Very nice people, all the staff speaks english and they have smiley faces. The food is tasty, every day we had fresh fruits an vegetables. The whole hotel is very clean. Many thanks to Angelina, realy an artist, as you can see in the picture ! :)
