Breakfast was good. Not very varied day by day but a wide variety all-together.

The fact you need to pay for parking, for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is amaizing. Big and cleanest rooms,food was very delishous and different.Staff very frendly. The view from balcon is nice. I will back again to this hotel.

Restaurant space not enough for all the guests using it! Food is not up to the standard of 5* hotel.

I chose the hotel because it was close to the conference venue and was recommended by colleagues who had stayed there before.I really liked that there were activities for children of different ages. The children were sad when the activities didn't happen.Those who arrived before midnight were offered a sparkling drink (there was no such option when arriving at night)

There was a lack of clear instructions on what was available where and at what times (for example, SPA, gym, etc.) I had very bad luck with the guy at check-in; he was probably inexperienced or just careless. Many thanks to the manager, she was ready to solve everything even on Sunday.I don't understand why there was an ashtray in the room if there was a sign on the door that it was a non-smoking room?I found one cockroach in the room, the cleaner dealt with it quickly.To be honest, I was bothered by the fact that there were so many children running around the hallways, shouting and enjoying their freedom - the walls were thin, you could hear them very well.The biggest disappointment regarding this registration is addressed directly to Booking, not to the hotel.For the first time, I had to overpay, and quite significantly, because the amount reserved was not charged in EURO, but in the local currency.

Everything was at superlative, the staff, the location and the room itself. I loved that I had a direct view to the sea and the coastline. Also, the clealiness level and the food were beyond expectations.

Fitness room limitative schedule (8am-8pm) - I'm recommending installation of 2-3 cameras linked to existing security system and go to non stop fitness room opening to support those guest who would like to exercise outside family hoursNo drinks included on dinner - Instead of chasing guests to pay for a coffee just add 10% price increase or inform them betterThere are obvious detailed maintenance needs to the exterior of the hotel which I think is struggling with 5 star standardI's my second time I'm coming into this location, first time was fabulous and now was fair

Food was good, a lot of options to choose from. Rooms are big and clean and very quiet.

Indoor swimming pool was a bit small, but that shouldn't be an issue during summer time.

Everything was great, the hotel are the Best , the room very beautiful, large, clean, with all you need, the food are very good and the staff very friendly and helpfull.We return as soon as posibile.

Very friendly staff. Even out of high season, everything was well organized. The studio was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offers a really great variety of dishes to satisfy every possible preference.

Our family enjoyed the stay in Flamingo Grand Hotel. We like everything about this hotel. It is very well situated in the center of the resort, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are studios, nice and clean, with sea view. The staff is friendly and highly professional.

This is nice big hotel with a good location. Yes, it is not a first line / not directly on the beach, but I can survive 3-4 minutes walking. On the beach, two sunbeds are free with a hotel card shown (but also third line only, first two lines of sunbeds are for extra money).Another big advantage of the hotel is that it is located directly in front of medical SPA (in addition to the SPA in hotel), which is connected through a "bridge" on the 3rd floor, so you can directly go there without living the building. Besides medical SPA, you can also access (for free as a hotel guest) 25m indoor swimming pool, which can help if the weather is bad.The reception is helpful and was able to solve at least part of the issues.

I stayed 13 nights and faced a number of issues:1) cockroaches in the room. First time they might do a local desinfestation in the bath. Second time i found a cockroach in the sofa and asked to change the room in order to do a proper desinfestation. "Only a manager can decide it" was answer on the reception, and nothing happened afterwards.2) Water was smelling plastic like hell after boiling in the kettle, so i needed to get the kettle changed3) A window blinds between room and bath were broken and not closing. It took two days for hotel staff to put ugly intransparent folia on it.4) There was not enough kitchenware and i needed to ask extra for a pot and frying pan. After I invited a third person (paid for it), i needed to ask for extra tableware again. The did bring fork and knife and a teller, but forgot a smaller teller. Cant understand why the hotel is so short on tableware...5) Cleaning staff puts/uses foot towel as kitchen towel. Yes, it was washed/clean, but i still find it weird to use a foot towel (with a print of a foot on it!) for tableware, tellers and cups etc.6) on check-out day, our cards stopped working in the early morning (like 7:30 o'clock), so i couldn't get into the room after breakfast. I was not happy to spend 10 minutes of my time planned for the airport road to go to reception and reissue room cards.7) there was no cleaning the day before check-out, when you need garbage collection at most.8) On the reception, they "forgot" that i already paid for an extra person and delayed me for another 15 minutes that i did not plan to spend there before my flight back.9) Railings/fencing on the balcony. One screw was out / not holding, so the railing was unstable. And this is for booking with a child...10) Food in the restaurant was ok, but too few fruits/vegetables, no local specialities etc. I saw flies there every second day.

Was not clean enough, the staff was not so helpful, we waited 2 days and after that we asked via reception to send somebody to clean our room. We had ants in the room at 6th floorIt's like a 4* hotel, not 5.

The pools are great as there are a few to choose from. Food was good with a good variety and the menus changes so dont get bored if stay is no more than a week. Rooms spacious and comfortable, the big bath tub is very nice for family baths :)

The kids pool were abit cold and they had to keep coming out to warm up. The towels collection would be better by the pool and not on 3rd floor. Some parts of the hotel are abit old and dated. The coffee machines kept breaking down with only one working at one point and very very slow to dispense casing a big queue, wait 20mins for a coffee sometimes.

Nothing special. I started come in this hotel since few years ago- 2015. I am sad to see that the quality of service and staff decrease a lot. ?

Daily Housekeeping - the second day was necessary to call at 16.00 to ask for cleaning, weak water pressure for shower, difficult check-out.

Great hotel, well designed, with everything you need.

However, the sanitary fittings need upgrade: in our room the toilet was not flushing… the thing and the faucets flow was weak. The beach toilet was locket at 18:00.

This was our third year in Flamingo Grand Hotel and we had a great time again. The hotel is cleanly and orderly, it has plenty of facilities to accommodate even days when it's not possible to get to the seaside by providing the spa option, and the outdoor pools. The staff is very helpful and supportive. We only had breakfast from the available meals and those were amazing - a rich buffet to choose from, always fresh food. I would strongly recommend a stay at the hotel.

You need to pay attention when closing the door to the room as it's a bit tricky to make sure it stays closed. It's a minor nitpick, though - we already noticed in previous years and know to double-check if the door is firmly closed before leaving. However we could see a number of rooms where people had not closed their doors properly.

We spent the Easter holiday on May 24 here. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was amazing, with every day something different, lots of options, very tasty, and my favorite thing is that each evening you can get fresh fish grilled on the spot. The hotel is big and clean. Inside pool and saunas were also clean. They also have an animation team for kids, which was super nice and engaging for the little ones.

Sometimes, in the bathroom, there is an unpleasant smell coming from the sewer.

Breakfast very good, as well as the location. Staff - prompt and friendly. The pools - very clean.

Everything great: room itself + balcony + see view, meals, staff, Easter preparations, ...
