Pros +
- Good location, varied food, decent facilities and some activities still happening in September though not many
- Very large complex, excellent for families with kids. Lots of pools, also the aquapark is really nice for kinds and adult. The food is for all tastes I will say, has also a corner with traditional food. Comfortable rooms, cleaning every day and activities during the day and evening. We also enjoy the walks to the street shops for souvenirs ?, is it close, also really nice beach , the sand and sun beds available.
- 1. Room cleaned every day.2. Food was ok and they had some variety everyday.3. The aqua-park was definetly a plus.. Me and my older kid had a verry good time there.
Cons -
- Discretionary charges - we informed the hotel that we were travelling with our pet dog at the time of booking as we always do and they did not bother to acknowledge our message or inform us of additional charges. Upon check-in we were asked to pay 25 EUR per night. Others can decide if that is a fair charge but we would have certainly appreciated being told upfront what we are expected to pay so that we can budget our stay. Check-in staff attitude - blame the customer however you can rather than a simple 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Not a good way to be greeted.
- Cleaning into some common spaces still need improvements and the quality of the drinks and sweets...but in the end was ok, water and fruits were enought??
- 1. The room had some stains here and there and the AC had visible mold, good thing I didnt need to turn it on. 2. The hotel has some strict rules regarding the restaurant at the beach, like you cannot take any recepients down the beach, including water. You have to be in the restaurant to drink it.3. The beach restaurant opens at 10:30, my wife tried to take a glass of water at 10:20 and old waiter threw her water down the drain saying that she can come back in 10 min, made my wife feel real bad. This was unprofessional and not client oriented. 4. Altough the hotel is ultraAllInclusive we had only a bottle of water in the room, not enough for a family of 4 and filling the bottle at the dining area is strictly forbidden.

Our 5-year son liked the kids club and the dances in the evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meals were good.
There were queues for the meals. Kids waiting for french fries blocked everything else.
The room was quite ok. Staff was nice and helpful. Food can be better, but some of them were really tasty.. In general i can offer 8* out of 10*, i believe that is fair enough. In the future we will come back. Quality / price was ok for what it offers.
The bracelet can be improved, to be changed the model. For the young baby it made some scratches on her hand so we decided to remove. Few repairs which can be done in the aqua park were we saw few tiles missing and can be a risk to get cut.
Location, garden, food, staff, disponibility of beach shuttle, aqua park, bar, entertainment team and funny spectacles.
Program of beach shuttle not corelated with sun time (the return) but the hotel is not so far from the beach (10-15’ walk). Some problems in room’ toilet with smell from closet pipes.
The pool, the food, the room
Nothing. We didn't like anything, because we left the same day we arrived
I do not recommend this hotel. It was a total disappointment, that we couldn't even stay there and had to book at another hotel.Although they say they have a play area for children, it consists of a 4 square meter carpet with two children's tables and two chairs and is located in the reception hall. The pool is very miserable and with a bad smell. When we arrived, I asked them to let us drive up to the front door to unload all the luggage, which was a lot, and they vehemently refused. The elevator being very old, it goes very slowly and we got stuck between floors. The door at the entrance to the room made a terrible noise every time you closed and opened it.The staff was extremely rude, not at all interested in our needs. The water park they say they have is not within the hotel, you have to leave the hotel and walk a bit.The beach is not at all close as mentioned, if you are with a small child, as was our case, you have to take a bus to get to the beach.I could continue with the negative things about this hotel, but that's it and I'll just say one more time: Avoid this hotel, I don't recommend it at all.
the hotel is close to the beach
I paid for a 4 star hotel but I got a 3 star one in stead. There are differences with the access to things like the beach restaurant and the aquapark after the 15th of September that no one told us about. The food at the restaurant was ok at best.
Personal very kind, always meet you with a smile. Menu more than enough and very divers. Highly recommended especially for family with kids.
The fact that I had to pay 10 leva/day parking even my car was stationary in the wood, under the trees.
Perfect family holiday! Loads of activities for kids to do, water park close to site, shuttle bus to the beach, excellent variety of food at the main restaurant, staff incredibly polite and accommodating
The food provided at the restaurant by the beach was no where near the one offered at the main restaurant, room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival but towels and bedsheets were changed regularly throughout our stay
The food was ok, the pool was clean
The rooms are small and not clean. The lady who was cleaning our floor didn't do her job properly. We had to clean our shower, we had to ask for clean towels, for soap, toilet paper. The food was the same.
Stains on the carpet that smelled bad. The bathroom and the room are not at the level of a 4 star hotel compared to other 4 star hotels I have stayed at. Dust behind the bad. There is no kettle for hot water in the room. There is a lot to be desired in terrns of cleanliness.
The Aquapark was a few meters away
Incredible noise on the hallways, people getting drunk at the pool right in front of the accommodations at 2 am shouting and talking loudly, slamming of doors at 1-2 am. Cleaning starts at 7 am with the vacuum cleaner. At 6 am the staff start arranging the restaurant for breakfast and all the noise could be heard from the room.Personnel was not always nice in regards to simple requests such as “where is the manicure pedicure salon”
Albena is a nice holiday village so that was nice. Rooms we’re comfortable and clean.Food was ok and quite diverse but very limited in the fish and/or seafood section.Aquapark 5 min walk.
Service during the stay was limited, eq no shower gel unless you ask for it. Food was going out of stock quite fast during lunch and dinner. For ultra all inclusive was quite lame that you had to stay in que at the bar in the restaurant to get a beer or a Pepsi, which was from the tap anyway - what would be the reason? Felt a bit as a cost saving option.Sea was a 15 min walk.
I like the staff, the room, plenty of diversification food, everything.
I not have something I did not like.
All in one place, 30 mins kids activity every evening, Sunday party pool!
Small issues with the single bed - under mattress, broken rails, and a stuck balcony door
It is really close to the aquapark and offers plenty of ice cream
Overall the management of the hotel and the facilities was extremely poor. When we arrived there were not towels in the bathroom. A lot of items in the room didn’t work or were replaced with some cheap alternatives that were not compatible with the original part - TV remotes, bedside table lamps. During our stay the room was “cleaned” once and the cleaning consisted of straightening the bedsheet and moving all the blankets to the side. The restaurant was a complete mess and it was like a “free for all” fight to get food. It you’re lucky enough to get into the hall less than 1h until the dinning closes to get any food except leftovers. Tbh I’ve been in hotels that don’t clIm to have any starts with much more pleasant experience. For anything that we tried to ask questions we were told - this is how it is here, no apologies or even try to understand out frustration
Food was good, location great for the waterpark, pools great, rooms fine, but had to leave bathroom light on at night otherwise it was pitch black in there. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, but small fridge and water supplied. Mini bar (which is free) was replenished daily.
Older blonde lady on reception was not very happy at any time, others were fine. Bar staff, cleaners, restaurant staff all very nice and helpful. They should have a separate part for the pancakes as everyone queuing for fresh pancakes made it impossible for anyone else to get anything along the row of food laid out for breakfast.
The food was nice and the staff was friendly. The pools were clean and well maintained. The life guard was professional and friendly.
There was only one bar in the hotel premises and the variety of drinks was very limited. Only two types of juice for the kids. The lifts were too slow. The outside areas were not lit properly. Overall the hotel needs renovation and the deluxe rooms well overpriced. Also there was an additional charge for the parking.
