Hotel Ralitsa Aquaclub - All Inclusive plus Aquapark

Not bad,

After 22:00 there were chalga party, a lot of drunk people and nobody stop the music.

the food and the staff were quite ok, friendly bar tenders receptionists etc. Food was of good quality and tasteful.

Pools were not clean, the staff cleaning the rooms was there but would clean the room only on special request. Quite old school facilities.

Two good things were the free access to the aqua park and the new interior of the room but nothing else.

To start with, the quality of the food was tremendously bad. Nearly to the point of not being eatable at all. It was nothing similar to the images published in Booking.com. The bartender has asked us to pay for the free cocktails even though the All Inclusive bar was closing after an hour. A lot of shouting and laughter in the inner garden from other people from the hotel with nobody to tell them that it is late and children are sleeping after 23:00. The money spent was not worth the quality.

Clean room, confortable beds, aqua park - Aquamania Albena - tickets included, the hotel is next to the aqua park, free shutle bus to/fron the beach, private beach with sunbeds and umbrela included, good breakfast and dinner.

Just a recommendation: the coffe beans are to roasted, gives an intense taste to the coffee and not in a good way. Maybe change them ?

Everything was wonderful. Nice clean hotel, access to a water park, delicious food.

The staff and facilities was excellent, they did some improvement comparing with last season, from my point of you. The entertainment staff we're the best in Albena. I shall return gladly there

Although the facilities were clean and tidy, the WiFi signal was in a very poor condition in Ralitsa AquaPark Hotel. Also the beach sand was not taken cared of. Lot of debris which wasn't picked up by the people's in charge

Good variety of food.Free access to Aquapark (nearby hotel).Free sunbeds with umbrella on the beach. Very nice beach: good sand, clean, no shells, Nice terrace with a lot of shade, snacks, and food included in all-inclusive.

It's pretty far away from the beach (app. 15 minutes walk).Some of the food seemed to be recycled. Not all the food was in good condition.The technical problems of the rooms were attended with a lot of delay (days).Small rooms for 3 beds.Humidity and smelly rooms on the ground floor. Very helpful was the large balcony sliding door with moskito net, which allowed us good ventilation of the room.

It was clean.

The bathroom had some problems ( toilet and shower - were plugged. )The food was always the same.

Fantastic food huge variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Great shows in evening. Comfortable and clean accomodation.

Actually, it is one of the renovated hotels but already need refurbishment. It's super that the price include free entrance in Aquapark Aquamania. The transport to the beach is easy with the e-bus or on the escalators. The staff is great - everybody are polite and helpful.

The rooms need some repair works - in our room the door of the shower cabin was hardly to be closed, some tails were off, the bathroom needs good cleaning. The food was totally not good. The real rate on my opinion for the restaurant is 3 stars or under. The price is too high for the quality they offer... Last year it was OK as for 4 stars, this year - 2021 - it is not working as 4 stars Hotel...

The aqua parc

The food was not so good and also was not diverse. In some days was almost the same food at lunch and dinner.

Exceptional food, massive choice. Communication with staff via the app prior to arrival was helpful. You can park for 10lv a day at the hotel or 5lv a day by the bus station nearby. Beach is accessible on foot or via free shuttle which gets very busy. Water park access perfect for the beach and right next to the hotel.

Only one barman at the bar serving in the evening which meant long queues and hard to refill. Pool bar was closed. Toilet facilities by the pool also closed. As we are entitled to free parasol and loungers on the beach as well Romanian families were going out of their way to place towels on sun lounger at the hotel beach area which is a shuttle/car away at 7am and reserving for several of their friends which resulted in arguing aggressively with us when we challenged the fact that parasols were down and loungers weren’t being used since the day before. They proceeded to call their friends to hurry up to the beach from the hotel which is at the other end of the resort whilst bringing all their kids out the sea to occupy the loungers till they come so we aren’t able to. I have been coming to Albena for 30 years and have never dealt with anything like this.

Waterpark is nice.

Low quality food, dirty, no shuttle to beach, not an all inclusive resort, not a 4 star. poor service.

The hotel is surrounded by trees, it’s quiet and next to the aquapark

The restaurant is outside the hotel. We couldn’t find the shuttle so we walked to the beach and back. The indoor pool is closed.
