Old and outdated property

The location is amazing. Albena town has many touristic activities. The hotel is as close as could be to the beach with the room having a wonderful sea view. The room is cleaned every day. The food is more than enough and delicious.The staff is helpful.

People in Bulgaria, generally, do not speak English fluently.All three of us had stomachache and digestion issues. I am not sure of the reason, but that ruined our stay.After three days of not having any meal, the manager commented on a small sandwich I made for my ill daughter who stayed in the room.I was expecting to find a gym included, but there is not.

I like the location.

The bathroom was extremely small, so I had to bend to take a shower. The double bed was also very small for a couple.

Excellent location, very delicious food, best beach on north Black Sea coast.

I liked that the people in the reception were very kind , helpful and professional. All the staff was good. The wifi was perfect, in the morning I had some transfers for work and the speed was amazing 45 Mb/s (we had a router in our room). The food for all inclusive was good and the menu was changed every day. The pool was nice. And for beverages they were serving some good liquors.

The room was not very clean. The air conditioner was dirty (this is very dangerous especially for dust and bacteria sensitive persons). The beds not very good, but ok. Also, being near a forest/ river, mosquitoes are everywhere, so take care.

Cannot say much, the only likeable part would be the pool next the beach and the beach itself.

Avoid Hotel Boryana at any cost. The room was dirty, moldy and the furniture is old while the door to the room would bairly close. During the few hours I stayed in the hotel room I had to keep the balcony door open as the smell of mold was unbearable. I checked out right after, as I couldn't imagine spending the night in such dirty and moldy room. If you care just a little bit for your health you'd avoid Hotel Boryana.. you're better off sleeping on the sunbed!

The location and food were great

Staff very unfriendly and sharp, especially the blonde receptionist with curly hair, misunderstanding about the number of guests in the room, they had to phone 2 managers to ask how much extra to charge us because I accidentally selected 1 guest/room even if we booked double room and it said maximum 2 people. Eventually the managers on the phone said we paid for the double room and 2 people is ok to stay and no extra charge.Then the rooms were very dirty, there was urine on the toilet seat, sink was leaking and spiders in the room, bedsheets and pillows still had hair on them, we asked for different rooms and got it.

I liked everything

The location was very goo, directly on the beach. Sunbeds are available for guests on the beach from 3rd row. Food was good for a 3 star hotel, fish was made on the barbeque almost every day. Entertainment for kids near the pool. The beach was very nice and the sand was cleaned.

The rooms are very old, needs to be renovated totally. Lack of housekeeping, the room was not cleaned very well, the sheets on the beds were not changed in 4 days, the toiletries remained the ones from first day, they didin't changed them at all the entire stay. No towels offered for pool or beach.

The location is excellent, the food is overall good and tasty and there are quite enough food types.The beach is just outside the hotel, very clean, and umbrella and 2 sunbeds were included in the price.

The bathroom was not properly clean - the toilet was cleaner when we left than when we just arrived.Otherwise the towels were changed daily and the sheets were clean.The lobby bar staff had a bored attitude sometimes. We wanted to get something to drink at 22:00 and we were not served, although the all inclusive program was scheduled until 23:00.There is no proper parking near the hotel, you just leave your car somewhere on the side of the road, but the tax paid is the most expensive in Albena because the hotel is placed in the area near the forest, which is considered Green Zone.

Great location, good food, the personnel was kind and helpful.

I liked all the personnel attitudes always ready to help, especially gratitudes to Cleaning Lady Sonya! Top level cleaniness and All Inclusive was tasty and good food. Nice girls Animators for kids. Good Friday Bolgarian dance and food evening

The location is perfect.

The animation was so bad this season, there is no investment in the facility even for a single penny.The toilet brush in the toilet next to the restaurant was that bad and used/old that ...they tied a piece of cloth instead of the fallen brushes on the top. And many more things. The staf and the management are trying their best but, noting is payed out to help them.
