The view is amazing, the place is quiet and made for great relaxation and vacation. The people are great, the owner is too kind and helps with everything. All in all a please to visit

Warmly greeted by the host. The room was basic but well prepared. The view to the ocean was superb and the balcony was a perfect place to sit to watch sunset.The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was simple and generous- coffee, juice, bread and spreads, cheese and cold meats, boiled egg, sweet bread, yogurt and a piece of fruit.

Hotel is very 50 meters from the beach. Personel is nice and friendly. Rooms have good standard. Bathroom is a bit small but it's well maintained and will serve the purpose. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Perfect place for 1 or 2 nights. Good spot if you want to continue down to Athens for example. Along the street near the hotel there are many small restaurants with good food. For this price you can hardly find any nicer place. There is an open parking behind the hotel, with a sun cover.

Nice small hotel to spend a night on your way from Athens to Meteora. There are some lovely taverns near by where you can taste good seafood.

The bed was a little too soft and breakfast was scarce. The beach sand is somehow dirty but that of course is not the hotel’s responsibility.

price (breakfast included), hotel located on the beach, close to the ferry, Meteora and Delphi are 2 hours drive from hotel, each one.

Shower in the apartment - extremely small.The double rooms have a much better shower roomNO mosquito net on the windows of any room !

The hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh. However, this is reflected in the price.

Very nice and calm place. Beautiful view to the see. The beach in front of the hotel with very clean water. Breakfast is standard self service, with good select of food. Personal is very friendly, with English lenguage.

The equipment is a little bit older, but satisfying.

The staff was nice, and the location really good. You had a perfect view to the sea. You have everything you need, not more, not less. The room and the shower was clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony had one small table and 2 chairs. For us it was comfortable to a reasonable price

We were vacationing in early May, although we were the only ones in the hotel. They put us in a room overlooking a dirty parking lot instead of a sea view, which I find very strange. Breakfast is very poor. The beach is very dirty. I wouldn't bring my family here.

Dirty rooms and towels, smell in the room. Thin walls and doors - very noisy.

End of season and we were final guests so no bar or restaurant but owner could not have been more helpful. Comfortable bed, nice verandah, good shower and an excellent position.

The hotel was closed, yet they tried to give us a room.

unfortunately we arrived at a time of year when for 2 days the weather was really bad so we had to stay most of time indoors.

Great location with the hotel facing the sea, with a garden with palm trees inbetween. You cross the street and are on the beach. It is a few meters away from the many tavernas in Arkitsa village. There is a parking with a cover to protect your car from the sun and the rain and safe because away from the main road. The host was kind enough to give us a room with view on the sea, while I had booked originally a room with view on the other side. It seems like a family business, with the young son helping out his father during the summer season. The environment is quite (even in late August) and the sun set beautiful from the balcony of your room or from the beach!

The breakfast buffet was good, but why not putting Greek honey in a big pot, instead of the small individual plastic cups?! It is more practical, but adds avoidable trash and is maybe not that cheaper.

The lobby of the hotel is old, but the room was very nice and renovated.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful landscape with an amazing sea view. The owner is very helpful. The amenities work well. The tasteful breakfast completes the image of this nice and quiet hotel.

A mosquito net at the door of the balcony would be useful.
