Nestled in the picturesque hillside of Limeni, this boutique hotel is a divine. We stayed in a deluxe suite that was incredibly spacious, featuring charming old stone walls and a large balcony with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear waters below. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linen, and the private spa added a luxurious touch. The hotel is about a 1km walk down to Limeni town. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that our stay was delightful.

Excellent facilities and view of the bay. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with well maintained equipment.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Throughout our stay, this continued with such wonderful hospitality. We were sad to leave.

It is a little out of Limeni town - which is both good (privacy & amazing views) and not so good (drive for dinner or to get to beach)

Everything was amazing!!! You can tell the owners went above and beyond to offer quality suites and quality services from their very knowledgeable and friendly staff all the way to their well made property!!!

Beautiful and well appointed room that was very large and gorgeously decorated. The staff was exquisite! Incredibly nice and helpful and Dimitri’s gave us excellent directions for going to hidden beaches that were honestly breathtaking.

It’s all gorgeous. Maybe a pool would be nice?

Fantastic location overlooking Limeni and the sea! The guesthouse was VERY comfortable and aesthetically pitch-perfect. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and breakfast was fantastic!

A small swimming pool would have been nice (but the sea is just down the hill)!

Excellent complex of suites with character, careful architecture and great ambience. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Breathtaking view from most of the suites. Breakfast with good variety and local products.Relaxing atmosphere and a spacious suite, isolation in the mystsrious Mani make one forget everything for a little while. Located on the mountain overlooking the bay and picturesque Limeni, with a great sunset view, and at the very center of an unspoiled paradise, waiting for exploration. Many small towns and villages nearby, combined with many local sights, compose an ideal destination, whether you are looking for isolation or a base for exploration.Every suite is kind of isolated, all of them overlook the bay - keep in mind that not all of them have unobstructed view to Limeni, built like the local houses.

The only thing I would mention as the only minor drawback is the value for money factor. Subjective, one could say. Fair enough. We traveled just before the high season, and the price for the junior (aka the most affordable and smallest - if that term can apply to an otherwise gorgeous suite), seems high compared to what one gets in return. The room and the location are great, the service is impeccable, but these can only get you so far. Occupancy in the area during this time is moderate, and taking the endless number of hotels / suites / resorts in the area into account, the price ends up seeming too high. Prices are based on numerous factors, not only the setting itself. Regardless, If one doesn't mind paying a bit premium for a fabulous, indigenous room and ambience in return, they will have a great time.

The staff were absolutely delightful - and very helpful in every way, The suite was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable (v efficient aircon at the hottest time of the year...)A 15-minute walk down to a very pretty town with great restaurants

I liked everything and have no complaints at all - but if I had to make a suggestion I would say that things like a bar and a pool would make it a bit more relaxing, because you wouldn't have to walk or drive down to the town whenever you wanted a drink or a swim (I think these things are planned by the hotel very soon)A shortcut down to the town would make the walk even quicker (I think this is also planned). It would be easy to drive down, but we didn't hire a car - and the road through the town also seemed quite congested, with parking very difficult

So... first of all I would like to thank the property for the impeccable hospitality, cleanliness, attention to detail, quality of the equipment and the very pleasant stay experience. Regarding the accommodation I don't want to say much as the special elegance and architecture of the space, the layout of the room and the facilities make the stay particularly pleasant and relaxing. But what makes the stay completely special are these two wonderful young people who combine kindness with great skills and professionalism, event that results an important added intangible value that dramatically increases the accommodation experience. 10 with two tons!

Exceptional breakfast with a magnificent view of Limeni Bay. Everything was so freshly made! The property was impeccably clean. Our accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. Chroni, Dimitra thank you so much for your hospitality.

The morning sun on the balcony was heaven & the breakfast basket was delicious. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The bed was very comfortable & the sheets are obviously a high thread count.

The photos were obviously taken a few years ago, the property & rooms have aged a little. Possibly because I was here in April, it may get a yearly spruce up for Summer?
