Alika Resort

Great location for discovering southern Mani. Proximity to nice beaches. Very clean. Very accommodating staff, especially Sophie the fellow Canadian. Amazing breakfast.

This is a very special place in the Mani created by the owner and his family and the personal touch ( advice and local tips) was excellent.A fantastic location with access to some fascinating places.

Great location - walking distance down the hill to a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, near a fancy pizza place and in the middle of mountains and silence!Great staff - especially Sophie who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful.

A real gem, great place for vacation with beautiful places to visit within a short drive. Theresa, the owner, and Sofi were very helpful and gave good recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. Excellent breakfast

Fantastic location. Beautiful interior design. Typical local architecture of highest quality and genuine traditional building structure. Beautifully kept surroundings and gardens almost as if it were a botanical garden. Outstanding breakfast with home made products and daily variety. Impeccable service by staff and owners.I could add more details but suffice to say that this hotel satisfies all expectations and makes you hope to be back soon.

Breakfast was very good. Not many choices yet, high quality home made products . Credits for the fresh squeezed orange juice. Cozy room very spacious, very comfortable bed and very clean.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The room was spotless, the view was breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the best parts was how pet friendly the resort was, which made traveling with my furry companion a breeze. A special shoutout to Sofi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. She offered fantastic suggestions for local spots and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to her, our stay was truly memorable!

Breakfast is probably the place's highlight. could have more fruits, but otherwise excellent. staff (family owned) is great and professional giving many tips and advices on the surrounding attractions (beaches, restaurants and sites).Swimming Pool is the place to be after a day out in the heat visiting.

Parking is not ideal, guests should have the nearest slotes to main entrance

As we were a couple we couldn’t find any piece at the common areas like the pool because of the small kids

Review of our stay at the Alika resort June 2024 This was our second stay at the Alika resort having visited for the first time last year for 3 days in June. This time we stayed for 5 days and we are already looking to book again for a longer stay later this year. We love everything about this small hotel. The location, the traditional architecture, the beautiful rooms, the breakfasts, the friendliness of the staff and views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. Each morning, we had the delicious breakfasts on a balcony overlooking the sea and there are a couple of nearby places to eat in the evenings. Just a couple of miles away you have Gerolimenas with its cafes, tavernas and hotels. This area of the  deep Mani offers breathtaking scenery, remote quiet beaches, traditional villages with their tower houses and plenty of history.  Alika resort is the perfect getaway for people looking for peace and tranquillity. Beautiful building, lovely room with balcony. Very nice and helpful service. Tasty breakfast if we wanted Greek yoghurt or fruit we asked and it was prepared for us.Nice swimming pool, close to the hotele there is two restaurants.

A little slice of heaven. An amazing place with a super friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of beaches, restaurants nearby. We were sad to leave this place.

The breakfast was amazing, so much compared to what I am used to having that I saved some for later and I swopped the hot meal for yogurt, fruit and honey which was delicious. When we left early on the last morning a packed breakfast was provided for us to take on or journey to the airport.The staff was super polite and helpful and the reception staff got up for or 4.30am departure.The rooms were airy and very clean, the outer doors all had mosquito screens and shutters enabling fresh air to circulate in the day and a darkroom at night.The air conditioning was effective.The view down the coast was stunning.

The hot water was very cool therefore showering was in cold water which with the weather being so hot was refreshing and not a problem but it could be an issue in the cooler months. Other guest had brought it to the owner attention so I am sure they are working to resolve it.

We really loved this place. It was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside and lovely sea views. The room was lovely and light, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very attentive. We only stayed for 3 nights but wished we could have stayed much longer. It is just a short drive to Gerolimenas and to Vathia. There is also a lovely wine bar just a short walk away, which offers some nice dishes. Everyone at the Alika Resort makes you feel extremely welcome. This is a place where you can unwind. It also has a nice swimming pool with fabulous views. We are hoping to come back sometime in the near future.

We loved everything ?

Nice place. The hotel is in a very very quiet area. There is only one expensive restaurant 2 minutes walking.Parking is available and the breakfast is nice.

The shower is separate from the bathroom and not comfortable.

everything about this place is perfect: the position, the facilities, the view on the Sea… the breakfast served is gorgeous, everything local and homemade. the best place to stay for discovering the Southern Mani

Room, location and breakfast were perfect. A shame we only spent a night there!!
