- This place is amazing! Steps away from the river and right outside the town of Cochem. It was definitely a prime location. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort. The hotel was so beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

- The blond woman from the front desk was rude. To get to the room was not easy access with a stroller or wheelchairs. We had steps that had no ramp and had to carry up and down the stroller, can’t imagine if someone arrives to the hotel in a wheelchair.
- The beds were a little too firm and my back was a little sore.
- Its an expensive hotel with very good facilities except air conditioning in hot summer and no fans available.
