- Great hotel in a wonderful location with a nice restaurant with good food. We received a warm welcome and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and very big with a nice couch. We stayed two nights and had a lovely dinner there on both nights.

- Its nice that there are refreshments such as sodas and beer for sale in the hallway, but I would expect for rooms of this price that you can boil some water in your room for a cup of tea, not pay 1,50 for machine heated water.

- We ( by mistake) booked a triple room, and paid for three persons, though we were only two. The reason for this, was that we wanted half pension, and it seemed the only option, on booking. And when we complained about it, they just referred to booking, instead of dealing with it. In our opinion it should have been obvious to them that the triple room was a mistake, since We are two persons! They could have told us, when we booked months ago. Or at least when We arrived. We didnt want a room for three, We just wanted halfpension and a room for two.Still we paid full price.

Comfortable, spacy room with a small relaxing balcony. Attentive staff. Nice decor. Good restaurant and well prepared dishes.
Weak internet signal. Always a challenge to communicate with staff if you do not speak German.
Everything about this place is amazing. Food, room, hygiene, customer service, location. We highly recommend !
I love everything.
Nice cosy rooms, in a rustic pretty building located close to the river Rhine. The owner herself spoke little English but was very friendly.
The other staff was rather unprofessional and rude on occasion. Most barely spoke English and begrudgingly so. The breakfast bread was stale, possibly from the day before.
What more can I say! It’s our 3rd time staying here and it has always been outstanding!!
