Breakfast was fantastic with many different options. Dinner was also very good. The staff is super friendly. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Highly recommended.

If there is only one thing I would change, it would be the pillows. For my taste, they were just too soft. Would be great if guest get asked what type of pillows they prefer.

We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness.The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind.Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip.We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!

Nothing - it was a perfect stay!

We enjoyed the facilities, it's very well thought for children, from the kids club, to the swimming pool, the bowling area and the restaurant. The hotel is also very conveniently located next to the kids slopes. And the staff was friendly and helpful too!

Perfect location for all kind of skying, no ski pass needed once you are in the hotel, ski school next door. Staff was were polite and always helpful. Clean and modern design. Nice views. Super quiet rooms.

2 things which did not work for us:Ski storage room was not able to dry our ski shoes, so we ended up with wet shoes every morning, even if the rooms seems to have heating is is just not enough for full houseRestaurants - always booked, probably this is expected in high season, but the point was that we not able to get into restos even being hotel guests.

We went for a long weekend together with our 1 year old daughter. I can hardly imagine greater location, in the middle of Swiss alps with ski lifts in walking distance. Our room was big, comfortable, really nice and modern. We could see people skiing just couple of meters from our window and our daughter loved it. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. There are great facilities for children- kids club where we could go to play whenever we wanted, children friendly pools and SPA area, also we found everything we needed for babies in our room- including special bins and place we could change the diaper. At the same time there is also separate SPa area and restaurant only for adults or older kids, so great for people staying without children. I red some critics about hotel restaurants but we ate dinner there both evenings during our stay - food was good, service fast and friendly so definitely no complaints there.

There is not much to complain about. The only comment I can think of: It would be great if there is better availability of family rooms that are a bit more affordable. We wanted to book it for our stay but it would double the price and it was a bit too much for us. I understand, however, that the standard the hotel offers comes with price.

Quite hard bedding/mattress.It is very unfortunate that on the website it is not clearly mentioned that the majority of the "wellness spa" part is "textile free zone" because this is not suitable for everyone so you might as well know this in advance to avoid disappointment.

What a location! It doesn't have to be winter for this to be beautiful.We stayed in the non-kids area and it was great. Lovely rooms, good food, amazing location...The spa area was nice as well. The non clothed area has multiple types of sauna, steamcabin and a good area to cool down.If you want to drive up, read the information because it is special.Friendly staff!

It was expensive but seems okish with what you get.Our restaurant reservation was cancelled due to a group and this could have been handled a bit different.

Amazing location! Arriving in the dark…so imagine awakening to the surprise stunning view in the morning! The room was fabulous, very generous in size and bed was so comfortable! Included breakfast was expansive and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Daily Spa after hiking each day was phenomenal!

The hotel and the staff are great. I liked them when our daughter got sick and we decided to leave because there was no hospital, they promised me to contact Booking. Com. They are so friendly with their guests. When i was driving on a difficult road in Frutt Mountain, they kept guiding me to reach them.

The staff were friendly and professional, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. Breakfast was excellent

The room was unbearably hot with duvets designed for winter. The window was opened on request but that only made a marginal difference. It was a pity that the window was quite dirty as the view of the lake was terrific. The food was ok but quite limited and quite expensive.

A very nice view from the restaurant and room. The breakfast is served at a high standard. The dinner is perfect. Great shampoo and body wash. The salt for the bath is amazing. The spa experience is one of the kind.

No Air conditioner in the hotel room. The car park is not very near to the hotel main lobby. Staff taking photos without asking.

The hotel is amazing! I probably had THE BEST view from my room of my whole life! Fantastic location, very unique!The staff is friendly and always available for any questions. The food is really good and the spa is very nice!

There were a couple of hairs on my bed (nothing bad but maybe this can be checked).I had a massage which was nothing special (hence a bit pricy).

All was perfect. I liked the swimmingpool. Breakfest was very tasty. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Nice staff. I can only recommend.

The SPA (!) - beautiful, beautiful and all I will remember from this trip. The bedrooms are also very comfy. The pizza restaurant was surprinsingly good. The breakfast was good and complete, with a nice view.

The staff sometimes seemed lost and no one was super keen on speaking EN. The restaurants have ok food, there are better restaurants in other hotels nearby. Also, we tried all the pillows from the menu, but non was very good.
