Yes cold room. Heat not working properly. Breakfast was horrible ? ?

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and views.

I wish the restaurant had been open.

The hotel was centrally located in the town we were visiting. It was easy to walk to several locations in the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

It was very pleasant, good location, loved the town

Pillows were too soft, traffic noise which I was surprised by considering it was such a smallTown

The room was new, but I think not yet completed. I only had one blind in front of one of the windows, my friends had none in their rooms. The shower was lovely, but the one head needs to be fixed. It seems that the hotel has recently been upgraded, but is maybe not yet complete. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, and one of the reasons for booking here was because it has a restaurant. We had quite some trouble finding a different restaurent and ended up having only one option of meal. Regardless, we enjoyed the town and slept very well. The staff the following morning was lovely. We did not have breakfast, but they showed us to a lovely bakery just across the road. I would stay there again.

We will return when the upgrades have been completed. So I would not say anything negative now.

there is no bodysoap in de bathroom.. so remember to bring your own!

Out datet , light on balcony stays on all night. Stains in carpet

The terrace was nice, and the breakfast was good.

The shower was not very clean and areas of the room showed signs of its age.

The beds were good and it was clean.

We have been there last year in the same room, and mirror was still on the sink not mounted on the wall, also the switch cover was still missing after one year. There is also no service personnel in the hotel. For that price it’s a no.

The bathroom sink was leaking and it was visible a temporary repair that was simply not enough...it was a bit annoying during the night

Worst stay. Never recommend to anyone. The also includes taxes above to booking.com final price. Real cheaters.

None was available during check-in and during our stay to assist with. No toiletries provided, rooms were not clean, no fan, not clean and bees were everywhere in the room.

They left the keys with my name due late arrival, so easy check in and check out since all was arranged by booking.com

Nearest Restaurant people were not friendly.But near by is a delicious restaurant called Linde friendly and good price

So so lovely. Quiet and over expectations. Bed was comfortable and the surroundings were lovely. Recommend this for both singles, couoles and families.

All was perect. Didn't tried the breakfast though but I'm sure it was good too.

No facilities..No hot drinks available outside of breakfast. I didnot have the breakfast but it looked acceptable.

No blind or curtain in the bedroom by the bed..

It is located in the middle of a typical German village. Nice and quiet. Close to Strasbourg and Colmar for a day trip.

Lovely central position in the village, bed was very comfy, the room was clean and the bathroom simple but too.

The tower bell started chiming at 6am, every 15 minutes and it was impossible to sleep. Also, the curtains were very thin and let lots of light in. It was incredibly hot too and no air con nor fans to cool the room down. The bed still had winter duvets despite it being 35 degrees outside.Staff didn’t speak any English and didn’t make much of an effort to slow down when speaking German, which wasn’t great but we managed to communicate somehow with my limited German. It is dog friendly and that’s why we picked it as we were there with our dog. However, I did not see any mention of an extra charge for him when we booked, but it was applied at check out. They also said he was not allowed in the breakfast room but they did agree to let him in in the end, as there were only a couple of people there.

everything was fine but at times details were confusing, e.g. the late check-in was just a bunch of room keys lying around in the entrance

The room was big, clean and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and it had stores to make the room completely dark during night.I recommend it 100%
