Quiet and comfortable hotel

Modern, clean, nearby to everything including fast ev chargers. Wonderful views of the harbor.

Friendly staff, sea view, guest oriented.

Concerts in neighborhood up to midnight everyday. Good concerts, but annoying if one wants to sleep with an open window.

Location is very good in the middle of the town. Breakfast was very nice

The toilet in our room definitely was not cleaned. The bed linens showed stains. Bathroom and shower are very tiny. We arrived early and a very rude lady sent us away for 90 mins until official checkin time.

A lovely quiet little town to experience the snow and visit the North Cape on a tour. We arrived at 6am by ship & allowed us to check in on arrival & up graded us to a harbour view as we were staying for 3 nights. We had an early departure by ship so they provided us with a breakfast box which was delicious.

Nothing the staff were all very friendly & accommodating.

Maybe I am biased, but I cannot give less than 10 stars due to the help I received from the Staff to help me to reach Hammerfest (and not ruin the rest of my trip) the day there was no connection whatsoever between the two cities.

The hotel is in a good location, the room and bathroom were clean, well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff was cute and friendly. I would recommend it to others. *****

Staff was amazing, Ladies prepared breakfast box for me due to early checkout. Once again sorry for the milk on the floor ?Rooms are comfortable, parking with EV chargers.

I knew the place from long time ago - still excellent. The location is great. Also, compliments to the new colleague at the reception and her mentor. I felt very welcomed.

There is little not to like from this hotel. We spent two days and, because of a severe snowstorm, much of it was inside the hotel. It was very cozy, people were friendly and facilities very good. Breakfast (and the chef that explained everything for us) was amazing.

Cant think of something we did not like

We were allowed to check in early, since the room was already ready for us.The room was very spacious, and a nice shower. Breakfast was excellent. The personal was very friendly.

Location

The staff especially the front desk manager. I have booked this hotel through Booking.com in May 2024, checking in on 7th October. On the day of checking in, front desk told me I have been upgraded to another hotel without my consent. The reasons are unacceptable! I insisted on what I have ordered, refused to accepted their new arrangement. Finally they arranged a room for me. I knew that this is not the first time they use this trick as I have read some comments before.It’s a very bad experience for my Nordkapp trip! Some actions should be taking to this hotel.

Very friendly helpful staff. Due to us taking an early ferry, we would have missed breakfast, but the staff organised a takeaway breakfast!

Very clean room, superb view from the eindow and tasy, filling breakfast. They offer opportunity to assemble lunch box from breakfast food and price for that is very reasonable. For us it was very good deal.

Good breakfast; very good personell

Close to the hotel there is young student housing; they made a lot of noise both nights; the owner of the student housing is also the manager of the hotel; I don’t understand why he doesn’t react on these complaints, we also uttered after the first night

Reception was very helpful. I arrived at 05:00 off the costal ferry. Was allowed to leave baggage and offered coffee. Very hospitable.

We stayed in the hotel for one night. Well located with parking space.

Rooms with carpets are a no go.

Good location

Parking was arranged badly. Bad ventilation in the room and bathroom. I booked 2rooms, both had bad doors, very difficult to close and lock. They skipped cleaning for one day and the hand soap bottle was empty.
