Aquapalace Hotel Prague

We booked for 1 night on our winter trip to Prague. From check in until check out everything went smooth: friendly staff, we managed to get our room a bit earlier so that was really appreciated. Kids loved the waterpark obviously, great activity to add on the cold winter days. The Family Room with bunkbed is comfortable enough for family of 4 (didn't take the picture but it match the picture advertised). Proper swim package (towels, inflatable ball, slippers) & handy bag). Breakfast food is very good (esp for kids, you can see from the picture lol). Food at the waterpark itself is rather poor though, but as expected anyway. We ordered food delivery by Wolt (chicken place next to the hotel was good!).

Amazing for families. Seamless from carpark to room to Aquapark and for restaurants etc. Everything is connected and well organised for families. Exceptionally clean

A great experience for families with kids. Lots of entertainment options and convenient hotel rooms. Breakfast variety is good and the food is tasty.

Nice bundle with waterpark which is the main reason I booked the stay! We had fun at the park. Hotel room is decent comes with extra FOC towels for waterpark and slippers. Breakfast spread is good, got cute pancake machine!

Slippers were given 2 pairs when I booked family room with 2 kids. Another two pair delivered after call made.

The property was a great location for me as I was attending The Herbal Sauna Cup, which was held at Aqua Palace. The staff were great. Nice lighting: cost and warm.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. The room service menu was limited to say the least. The nachos were terrible, bowl of broken nacho chips and the dip tasted and looked like sun blushes tomato paste … not good and very expensive

The water park is very good. The food is decent. The rooms are OK.

I didn't like that when I made the order the fitness center was included but after a few days I got a message that cancels the free entrance to the fitness center and asks for entrance charge.There were days where the food was very good and days where it was just OK.

More than excellent, excellent value for moExcellent location close to the main street but quiet without street noise. Secure parking (extra charge but worth it) excellent breakfast and wide variety. Huge apartment with all the necessary kitchen equipment. Very cleanney

high price for low value, poor breakfast only omelette was good, rest was cheap sausage, pancake, and donuts. The count own exchange rate 1 EUR for 27 CZK official country exchange rate is 1 EUR for 24,3 CZK, so you book on booking 1000 EUR, but you pay in reality 1 110,00 EUR.

This is a great stay for families if you are looking for an indoor waterpark. It is not that close to Prague - which was ok for us because we were not looking to tour Prague itself for more than one day. The hotel room was really comfortable for a family of 5 (Pirate Suite), since the kids had a separate room. The room is designed really nicely, the kids loved it. Breakfast was rich and we chose to eat dinner too. The kids loved the water park, it has lots of food and activities. We loved the huge Spa area (note swim suits are not allowed - so this is not for you if you are not into it...). The Gym was also a great experience.

For me personally the water park is very noisy, and too crowded in the afternoon - but that was expected. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax - not sure this is the place for you. If you are looking for an experience for a family with young kids - this is great.

The hotel was very clean, and the water park was fantastic with plenty of slides for all ages and heated pools. Access was well-organized with bracelets and towels provided, and the park was open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Breakfast was good, with enough variety for everyone to find something they liked

This hotel is fantastic for families! The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choices for everyone. Everything is spotless, and the staff are warm and welcoming. We especially loved the aquapark, which has areas for all ages—even a kids’ sauna! The surroundings are great too: just a 4‑minute walk to a shopping center with everything you might need, a beautiful botanical garden right across the street, and a huge park within a 15‑minute walk.

Nice hotel, with a very nice water park and spa. The food was good, not a variety but tasty and eatable. the hotel is always very clean.On weekdays the water park is always nice and without lines for each slide.

As an indoor water park, it's cold inside cause the doors to the outside are open and the water is supposed to be warmer in such a place. from Thursday or Friday till Sunday, the water park is full of people and the waiting lines for the slides are exhausting and take out the fun of it

Everything, except blankets and shower and some noise.

Bed blankets are ridiculously small. Shower mixer doesn't work, so you either get ice-cold or boiling-hot water. Some compressor noise from outside was disturbing when window was open.

The aquapark is good - there are lots of options for the family. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Most of the staf were very polite and helpfull.

At the reception, we did not receive any explanation of how things work. What the package includes and what not. How things work in the water park. We were given a sheet with the working hours of various facilities, tickets, and entrance "chips" to the water park (without explanation of what it is or how it work), and with that, the clerk "ended" the reception. For any questions about parking or anything else, he simply shoved this sheet at us. I have to say the rest of the staff we talked to later were much more helpful. A "map" of the park or a brief explanation could have been attached. There is no minibar (or any other type of refrigerator in the room).
