Pros +
- We have been visiting this hotel for 26 years but this was our first stay since the change of ownership, so we were a bit apprehensive. However, that was unnecessary. The new owners are doing a great job!
- The hotel is nice, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast croissants were great. We enjoyed the nice bathroom and the extra space in the living room with a coach. We had a good nights sleep and enjoyed our overall stay.
Cons -
- We were sad to see that there are no longer any bathtubs, only showers (which are also nice).
- Some minor negative points would be the relatively slow internet connection. It did work well - just slow. If you don't like dark bedrooms, this is not for you. The bedroom has no real window, but the living room has good lightening. I slept especially well, because of the darkness. We had a room on the ground level and could hear the water running from the bathroom upstairs. It did not bother us. If you are a light sleeper, it could bother you, though.
