Room in main building nice. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Extremely close to express way.Would stay again in main building.

Room in annex too small to stay with three people, no space even for suite case. Good for one person or for 2-3 if you really only want to sleep at the lowest price.Property can improve on ventilation: roster in window improves if way bigger, if window can be left open at a crack, so that ventilator in bathroom can suck away enough air.

Room 114. The room smells old. The air conditioner makes unpleasant noises, creaks and hardly cools. If you open the window, it stinks of cigarette smoke, as there is a smoking area right next to the window. The doors to the shower stall are broken, water gets on the floor.

Good location to sleep

As it’s isolated from bars and restaurants I was a little pissed of the beer machine was broken down ! After 12 hours drive a beer would have been nice !

Excellent hotel with very professional and attentive staff. Very well-maintained, clean, quiet, easy to access, free parking with plenty of space, and a great location. Everything is close to the city, shops, and especially the major highways for a quick trip to Lyon or to sunny Marseille. Breakfast could be improved; there needs to be more choice, especially savory options like eggs, cold cuts, or even fruit. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and would stay here again whenever I'm passing through.

A/C in room quite loud and operates only in full power mode, ear plugs are definitely recommended, also for external noise (power generator in parking lot).

The staff were excellent.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. But I slept well on it. I believe it is a memory foam mattress which I dislike.

We stayed here while in town for the Lindsey Sterling concert. The location was convenient for getting to and from the venue, and it was easy to find, especially being near the highway. The hotel was clean and practical, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay or if you’re on a budget. Just don’t expect a lot of space or warmth in the room.

The room was a bit small for three people, and it was a bit chilly, which made the stay less comfortable.

Reasonably good location travel by car, though not much amenities in its proximity. Receptionists are very helpful when checking in.

One of the bedroom lights did not work when checked in. By the second night, both bedroom lights stopped working. Also the check out time according to Premiere Classe website is 1200 noon for the Lyon Sud - Pierre Bénite location, but cleaners were chasing us out of the room by 10:20 AM.

Location was difficult to find in the dark. GPS took me past another hotel from same group, so confusing.

The bed was rock hard, had a thin mattress and was very uncomfortable.

It was a good solution for a basic accommodation in the area.

The area had nothing like a restaurant or cafes, so you needed to drive somewhere further. Also the rooms didn’t have much of soundproofing, and as mine was located on the ground floor many people were passing by my window.

It is what you pay for. Spent a night there with 3 people in a room. There were fresh towels provided, bedsheets. Breakfast was simple and basic. All-in-one shower and bath gel is provided and paper cups in the bathroom. There is a bus that takes you into town within walking distance of the Motel.

The room and bathroom space are very tight,, as stated in the room description. Two people cannot move about the room at the same time, plus the luggage. around The bathroom is very small with no amenities. Very basic place, as expected. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, made out of plastic. The bunker bed is very close to the ceiling which made it a challenge for a young teen to get in and down the bed.

Great for sleepovers during travel. The big benefit is parking. Clean room. Hot water, free Wi-Fi. Not far away there is a supermarket.

Not extremely clean but ok for one night.Breakfast, we didnt take as its really only sugary stuff from packages, like in 80s. Also, the prices in reception says 65€ , I paid 90€ through booking so wasnt a nice surprise when we came and see that we were charged so much more than the rest. Would recommend to book directly with such b&b

The only 1 staff member who was polite and helpful

The rest were rude or as if it was the one lady's first day on the job she seriously knew very little. The one refused to try speak English even a little. The location is far out the way more like a truck stop motel. There are no shops without a long walk or take the bus. The room was not clean when we arrived the bin was full and the room is very and I mean very small. Beds were not comfortable at all.
