Luxurious stay in beautiful rooms, with a great Spa on the top floor!

No ski-lift departing from the town, and there wasn't a lot to do in the town itself. However it's in close distance to other towns.

Perfect location for skiing or summer hikes. Pet-friendly. The breakfast is great and the restaurant as well. The rooms are very big with a nice terrace.

The hotel was only a few metres away from the trains, bus to various ski resorts, shops and restaurants. Our room was huge with lovely mountain views and a sunny balcony. Wifi was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and available over a long period (07:00 - 10:30). The restaurant was good.

Our room was generally very good but it was impossible to watch TV while sitting on the sofa which was alongside it (perhaps mount the TV on the wall). The TV had BBC World channel but it would have been nice to have had an additional English-speaking channel eg CNN. The room was very sunny during the day but quite dark in the evenings; it needs an extra light in the middle of the ceiling and one over the mirror. It would be nice if the hotel had a lounge area that guests could access during the day when the reception and bar are closed. Beware the waterfall shower!

Freshly renovated rooms, hotel located at the Ilanz train station, very good in house restaurant also popular with town locals, courteous staff.

The hotel has 5 floors out of 10 in the building but there’s only 1 elevator for the full building.Breakfast is a typical European breakfast (bread, eggs, bacon, cheese muesli)… nothing special.The pillows could be more comfortable if they were smaller in size and were memory foam or just regular pillows.

it was a nice property in the perfect location for those that want to go skiing or snowboarding it was only a 30 min bus ride to get to the slopes. there are also loads of cafes and restaurants in the area as well as ski rental shops. when staying at the hotel you get a discount.

i didn’t enjoy the breakfast but that is down to personal preference because the person i stayed with enjoyed it. there was also a lot of construction at the time of our stay and the windows did not block that out. there are also dogs allowed on the property and one of the dogs was quite aggressive.

breakfast was really nice, good koffie and tea, fresh bread everyday.

room service could have been better, I saw unchanged pillowcase which was dirty, and they did not check the soap in wc for refill, I had to inform the stuff.

Spacious and comfortable bedroom with a balcony overlooking the town and mountains, perfect location for a weekend of skiing in Laax - bus connections are right outside and bring you straight to the ski area. Breakfast was delicious, staff were really nice and the spa area was a great addition! Would highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast was absolutely sumptuous. The rooms were spacious and well layed out. Nice views over the city.

Bathroom floor was really cold. Besides that no complains at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eden Hotel. The rooms were very spacious, a lovely big balcony and a modern and very clean bathroom. It was easy to park. We stayed as a family to go skiing and it was only a 10 minute drive up to Laax. Otherwise, the bus up to Laax leaves from right outside the hotel. The sauna, after a day on the slopes, was very welcome. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket right across the road. Ilanz is a pretty town. We were very happy with our choice of this hotel.

We didn't love the coffee but the tea selection was very good!

We booked a time at the reception to visit the spa, however many guests booked the same time. The sauna had room for four people, making it quite crowded. The whirlpool and steam bath were under repair. We were missing some facilities to hang up the towels. The staff assured us that these points will be taken into consideration for future improvements.

Hotel: Great Breakfast. Hotel is located in tower with some offices in the floors beneath. Spa is small but does its job. Parking at the Hotel and Spa were 5 CHF extra surcharge each.Connection to Laax ski resort: a bit far from the Laax ski slopes, Bus stop directly in front of the Hotel, took 30minutes to 45 minutes with public transportation. With car: Parking at the ski resort was alright, parking fee cheaper than expected: around 15 CHF per day
