    • We wanted somewhere very quiet and easily accessible. It was also very luxurious and had a lot of extra facilities, including a pool and sauna (10 euros). It is quite close to the mountain top village of Monsanto, which is incredibly beautiful and amazing .

    Cons -

    • Everything was just fine!
    • Loved it all
    • No coffee in the room although there was a selection of teas.

A nice quiet comfortable hotel opposite a supermarket.

No coffee in the room although there was a selection of teas.

Beautiful location, fabulous views, very peaceful. Pet friendly. Within walking distance to town with good restaurants. Plenty of room to park.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I will definitely go back and happily recommend it.

Friendly people at the reception. Great location just next to mid sized grocery store. Great stopover on the way to the BOOM FESTIVAL

The room has everything you need but nothing more. Defin

The location of the Hotel was just ideal as it is the entrance to the village and the staff were very welcoming.Went for a lovely swim in the pool which was of a very decent size. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced for a very long time and that is no exaggeration.st

    10JonPosted on: 9-11-2023

Covered pool, kettle in room, hosts went out of their way to provide dinner.

    5KatiePosted on: 8-25-2023

    Staff were helpful and friendly

Was really expensive like over 200 for the night so I had much higher expectations. Pool is really small and dirty, sunloungers are plastic and uncomforatble. Beds are super firm, kind of feels more like a guesthouse but not reflected in the price

Staff was fantastic, pretty good value for money and yummi breakfast. I went there for Boom Festival and the location is perfect, about 30 min from the festival.

Bed was a bit too hard for me and there was some constructions outside the room, but nothing major.

    9LuisPosted on: 7-28-2023

The staff is quite friendly, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 week due to working in the area for that time. The beds were comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast was decent. We tried also the hotel swimming pool which was sufficient, however, it seemed that they clean it only once a week. Plus points also that the hotel is pet-friendly (I did not have a pet with me, but it was good to know).

The gym facilities of the hotel were closed for the time being and the spa (2 saunas) was only with an extra fee and pre-booking time, therefore I was not able to use them. The hotel does not offer dinner options and most of the restaurants in the city close by 22:00. In addition, the wifi was disconnecting sometimes.

Great location, and easy access. The connected rooms are super great for families. The shower was so good.

I expected more food options form the breakfast.

nice spacious room , nice swimming pool and very helpful staf.

location is excellent and the staf is very friendly, good breakfast and I was able to park my motorcycle on the spacious parking lot.

We were overall very happy with our stay. The AC worked exceptionally well, the staff was very friendly, everything felt nice and welcoming. The interior is a little dated, but still in very good condition.

The vegetarian selection at the breakfast was not the best, but that was really just a minor thing that I noticed.

    8LuisPosted on: 6-11-2022

Nice spacious room with balcony and gorgeous views to the mountains.Nice breakfast. They allowed our dog in.

    All good

    8HermanPosted on: 10-10-2021

A lot of parking space. Room spacious. Balcony fairly big.

The town has hardly any bars or restaurants. There is literally nothing to do!! Luckily there was one good restaurant nearby (closed on Sunday!) called Cantinho Alentejano. Walk to right and then go first left for approx 300 meters on the right. Great daily menu and local wine.

    9DianaPosted on: 8-13-2021

Amazing staff helping me to get a test in the city in the middle of the night (around 10pm). Comfortable beds, clean and spacious room. Close to the city and to Monsanto. Great breakfast. Parking on the spot. Good wifi.

Very strict rules with the demand to get tested on the spot (if not vaccinated). Even though I had antigen test from the day before. Didn't experience anything like that in any other hotel in Portugal or Greece (where we were before).Bathroom curtain fell at some point, which was odd. But easily fixed.

    this time not much

the room was very poor , the bed and mattresses were very old the pillows were very flat and there were no extra pillowes in the armoir. they shouldn't distinguiah between Booking. com clients and direct clients.
