Sauna no textile clothing policy - is not right when facilities are mixed would not be comfortable taking my daughter and using the sauna

The heating didn't work and there was poor water pressure in the shower.

Dinner was of finest quality. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Pool heater was broken, so couldn’t swim, though the pool area was beautiful. Service at dinner was sometimes good, sometimes chaotic, e.g. not enough napkins, no pepper shaker but 2 salt shakers. 8:00h start for breakfast is too late. Even with the radiator at full blast, our room never got comfortably warm at outside temperatures below -6°C.

Amazing location near to the lifts. Very friendly staff, especially Czech girls at the breakfast. We had a halfboard and the dinner was very delicious (starter, main food and desert). I would say it was the best food we ever had at the hotel. Breakfast was also very tasty. Wellness area is perfect. We had a panorama room which was modern, new and clean with amazing view from the bed. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much and we will definetely come back.

the bed was quite good, the room had a lot of storage space, the saunas and the pool area were good, the breakfast was good, the dinner was generally tasty. The staff was friendly and approachable, thank you!

The pillows were bad, the wardrobe sliding doors were poorly designed, the soundproofing of the rooms was only reasonable, the rooms and the entire hotel were a bit untidy and some places had been left unmaintained. I would pay special attention to cleanliness. There were too many broken ski racks in the ski room and the ski room was not locked. In the pool department there were deficiencies in soap and functioning showers.

We had "halbpension" (breakfast and dinner). We had perfect quality breakfast, but the cook made so delicious food for dinner, especially soups, and main dish. What I can recommend, the food and the cook recipies are so much more than expected. Another great thing was staff (receptionist, waitress at restaurant were fast, very warm, and extrememly helpful. thank to them, our stay was also very pleasant.Hotel has own bar, so you can easily get something fresh apresski drink.Hotel has own spa, and pool, it´s very welcoming after skiing.

I didnt like here and dont recommend if you want to have a rest. I dont know why here are SPA if you cant have a rest/relax.1) we arrived at night, from 2 am (night) starts loud music, we were very tired after flight, we hadnt any rest/sleep. Same night was another - loud music, cant sleep. No one cares (reception doesnt work at night, so it wont help you). We had 2 night parties. When parties over (I think party people left hotel) after 2 quiet night, starts others night parties in other rooms. I told that to reception they only offered to pay hotel fees - 22 eur when you leave. No any compensation for 3 night parties from 5 night stay. 2) weak breakfast: Only 2 dishes every morning (eggs and sousages). Weak choose. No any food For childrens like pancakes and etc.

Allowing for pets was the only filter used when searching for accommodation - so was a major disappointment when then they said this was not possible.

Overall positive staff engagement but quality of service / food not on par with prices.

Breakfast was fine and one of breakfast waiters was very helpful and kind.

First of all, there is completely no value for money, personnel is extremely impolite, you have to wait for you dinner to be served for around 1,5h, this is unacceptable. The quality of food itself from dinner is below all standards, they use leftovers from breakfast to make dinner (salmon tartare). The room was cleaned but bed were not made. Besides, there is no towels in the spa area, you have to bring towels from your room.

Very good location, ski bus right in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner. Staff very nice ... and this amazing family atmosphere .... I recommend and will definitely come back.

Perfect view from the room, great location with skibus right from the hotel, nice spa with pool with mountain view, nice well equipped saunas. Very comfy.

Great hotel! Why? It has- Amazing food in the restaurant - way better than other meals we had this holiday- Friendly staff- Nice rooms and swimming pool- A great location if you want to ski. It is a few minute drive from the Horbergbahn. There is sufficient place to park at the hotel and the ski lift.
