Pros +
- Located in the center of the city on a busy street. Rooms are small (especially so the bathroom), but very clean. The English-speaking staff were very helpful and even provided us with a parking space for free!
- It was great value for money, the location was perfect, right in the centre for the port, the room was clean and had everything I needed and the staff were very friendly.
- Very nice room in the heart of the city center. Hats off to the staff, they're available 24/7 and were very understanding and helpful. The room was comfortable with all the necessities provided. Would recommend
Cons -
- There's no elevator for those who struggle with stairs, the staff is available to carry the luggage. The bathroom was small. It go a bit noisy one night because of a party across the street but nothing too bothering
- The reception area was very dark, lacked any soul or ambience and on a busy shopping street
- Wi-Fi was occasionally loosing signal. There's no elevator and early in the night there's noise coming from the nearby main street, although not to the point that we would have trouble sleeping.

The hotel and room were clean and an easy walk to port and to seafront
The reception area was very dark, lacked any soul or ambience and on a busy shopping street
The room was clean, hotel staff is very kind and the location is just in the city center and a short walk to the port with seaside promenade. The room had TV, AC, small fridge, tiny private bathroom, some furniture and a balcony. It was kind of an emergency booking and we were satisfied with our stay. Volos is a safe, clean and rather calm city compared to Athens or Thessaloniki and we really enjoyed it.

i should have been given the room type that i booked
had reserved a room with a balcony and was not given one. guy at reception told me that they had allocated a different room and that was not able to be changed
Reception is open 24/7 with friendly staff. The policy is to give room key to them when out. I found this to be good because it’s one less thing to worry about.
Very good quality-price ratio, clean and very close to the port. Very good if you are in transit.
Everything was ok.
A short walk from the port. In the Center of town so lots can of bars and restaurants.
Central location, clean and comfortable rooms.
This basic hotel makes up for the small rooms and tiny bathrooms by giving you a super convenient location. Close to the port, 15-20 min walk to the bus station, and lots of little bars in the alleys around it. There's fancy marble stairs and the reception staff are super friendly. I found the bed more comfortable than in fancier places I've stayed in.
There can be a lot of street noise, but my room had a shutter that did a good job of keeping it out. The bathroom is tiny - the shower is practically on top of the toilet with no screen in between. At least it's all clean, though. It's manageable for a one-night stopover, probably even 2 nights.
Location was good. Ideal for both the bus station and the port. Close to shops. Staff were lovely.
The bathroom was tiny. The room was tiny and shabby and people could see in our room from the next door appartment. You could almost touch them!
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance from the port and bus station.
There was quite a lot of noise from the street and the other rooms, make sure to bring earplugs! There was no shower curtain so just keep in mind that the bathroom will get wet.
The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful.
No hot water. Loud street news as my room was facing main street.
Whenever we are in Volos we always stay at your hotel as the staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel always had a high standard of cleanliness, with comfortable beds and the location is perfect
Top location near the ferry port. Small but clean room. The staff is very helpful. We stayed one night and it was perfect for what we wanted.
The location was brilliant so close to the harbour. The staff were helpful and kind.
Very friendly and helpful staff. 24-hour reception. Room small but super clean. Short walk to the port and lots of great eating places.
Extremely small bathroom and shower tray. No shower curtain so water went everywhere. Had to remember to move the toilet paper to a high shelf otherwise it would have got soaked! Internet connection was frustratingly patchy, though this isn't the hotel's fault. Speaking with others during my few days there, it seems a large portion of central Volos has this issue.
Good location.
The Wi-Fi was terrible. It disconnected repeatedly and was almost unusable. I notified the staff, he reset the modem but it didn’t fix it. At about 23:30 it started to work really well, but then it was too late anyway. The shower was too small and there was no wall mount for the shower rose.
Right in the centre of Volos shopping area, and a short walk from the port and quay.Beautiful building, but please note no elevator, only stairs (staff very happy to carry up your luggage for you).I grabbed the last room at short notice (unexpected stop-over due to ridiculous Easyjet cock-up) which was a triple, lots of space and comfy. Good aircon.
Room was a little tired and bathroom was a little cramped, but perfectly adequate for my needs.
