Location and cleanliness

Poor air conditioning

the proximity to the port, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff.

Big space, nice bed, friendly staff.

Old unmatched furniture. No comforter. Tiny unusable bathroom. Overflowing toilet.

It looks like it was built in the 60, and nothing has changed since. The smell was horrible, the beds uncomfortable, the air conditioning hardly worked, no mosquito nets. Shortly, bad

It was clean and close to the port. Good for a one night stop over to meet the ferry.

Was a little run down in the room, but didn’t matter much only stayed one night. Didn’t bother me.

I really had no issues there. Staff was nice, we only spent a night there.I complete forgot about th breakfast, and even though we had to start early the breakfast was an option, as it started from 6:30

Location for the harbour side tavernas and morning ferry is excellent. Friendly and comfortable. No frills but good value for the price.

The shower is weeny with plastic curtain but the water is hot and towels good.

Free parking, central location, very fair price, would book again. A renovation would be nice but would come with rate price increase. A solid 8 total experience, book without fear unless you are a difficult to please person.

I didnt have breakfast as catching early ferry. We parked directly outside the entrance, saved for guests. Staff, as always excellent. Comfy bed. Excellent location.

Central location, 2 minutes walk to the port, for ferries and flying dolphin to the islands of Skiathos, Skopelos, Allonisos, balcony with sea view and chairs to sit and enjoy the view, 5 minutes walk to shopping district of town of Volos, 2 minutes walk to Restaurants and coffee shops. Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room.

Breakfast had many options and everything was fresh. Much better than an American Hotel breakfast. Coffee was fantastic!

The rooms are a little old, but for the rate and location, it's great.
