Hotel Philippos

The hotel is very well positioned, in a very convenient location, close to the esplanade. It is clean and has all the necessities. Breakfast was not bad either.

The room was a bit too small for two people with a puppy, however everything else was great.

Location was perfect and employees were very helpful and friendly.

It is a bit dated.

Bed was comfortable, close to restaurants and shops. Check in was quick and easy.

Noisy in the corridor early morning from 7am. Maybe cleaners.

Staff was super helpful, the cleaning staff was so hardworking. The room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast could be better, maybe they would add some pies.

The hotel is a great place to stay in Volos when shopping or before catching the ferry to the islands. It is centrally located close to shops and restaurants. The receptionist was extremely helpful.

The people working there were really kind helping, the rooms were clean and well put together also the view on our balcony in the morning and at night was really nice

OK for an overnight stay but you wouldn't want an extended stay. Unrelentingly plain.

Noisy air-conditioning couldn't sleep with it and too hot without. Noisy refrigerator. Toilet had very little space from one side. Shower had only one partition and the water went everywhere in the bathroom

A short and pleasant stay in Volos. Location of the hotel is very nice, nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Clean and functional room with new A/C which allowed to work confortably during the really hot hours of the summer.

I booked a double room for one person only, because there were not any available single rooms through booking. However, when I arrived the hotel had single rooms available, but my payment was nonrefundable. So I suggest that the hotel makes a larger variety of rooms available through booking.

I was not issued an invoice for the night booked through Booking,even though I had explicitly requested it.

Its an old but totally renovated hotel. Unfortunately the renovation was made with low budget. Im totall y not happy with shower where doors are broken / missing, water was all over the place because shower base was not glued...

Locality. Near to bus station and the sea front. Great value for money, friendly staff and small but well equipped rooms. Will return
