Central location, helpful staff and peaceful place.

I was surprised that smoking is allowed in hotel rooms in Greece, at least in this one. Our room smelled cigarette smoke, ashtray was on the table. There were guidelines on the wall where hotel manager only advised that smoking is not allowed in bed! Wifi signal was very weak at least in the fifth floor.

Amazing location, in the city center's heart, near shops, restaurants and cafes. The staff are nice and helpful, rooms are clean, comfortable furniture and good house keeping services.

The breakfast has no varieties or fresh vegetables.

Absolutely nothing , even although the location was very good in city center, but as it was in pedestrian street, you should walk with suitcase alot to get to hotel

1- the shower head was broken2- the staff was very bad behaviour3- we asked to cot for our baby and they confirm it, when we get to hotel there wasn't any cot in room, and they told us the staff didn't do that and now they are not in hotel, they give us to cot to setup ourselff but both was broken, at the end we found that as they haven't any cot they said that. Although in their room declscription they mention cot is available and free of charge

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the main road and close to the ferries. There are many restaurants and ferry agencies on the main road. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The management is friendly and attentive. The breakfast hour is an enjoyable experience. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

A small and comfy room close to the waterfront, perfect for a one-night stay en route to the Sporades Islands.

Comfortable room, nice bathroom, quiet in the evening, polite staff. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and bedsheets were clean and soft, and wi-fi was just perfect. Breakfast was good, too. The location is just right on the city center, nor far fro the sea and from the university and also in a commercial and lively part of the city. The hotel is on a pedestrian road so there was no noise from cars etc.

The only problem in one of the two rooms I rented was that the air-conditioning made a terrible noise, but I am confident that it must have been already repaired, as I was informed by the polite staff.

Air conditiong made a terrible noise. Tap water was warm. Bathroom could have been cleaner. No mosquito equipment was offered to us (soneone gave to a friend who stayed on a different room).

I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff.

High speed internet was advertised, was very important to me, and I was never able to connect either my cell phone or my laptop while I was there. I had to go to nearby coffee shops and restaurants in order to have access.

luckily it was for just one night.

bed was uncomfortable, bath had no plug, when I asked for one I was told there wasn’t one. breakfast was very basic.

The staff is friendly and the location is great! The breakfast option is fair but it could be better. The pillows are hard.
