Great location.

Skip the breakfast. Eat elsewhere. Coffee was lukewarm and incredibly weak. Buffet was limited and the allegedly hot food was cold.

The room too small not clean small bathroom bad view and the price is not suitable for this room

Convenient location. The morning breakfast was perfect. The staff of the hotel were very courteous and polite. The roof garden bar overlooks the port of Volos with breathtaking views.

The towels were a bit rough and old.

Great location, view from the room on the sea and yachts, had luck find parking in front of the hotel, restaurants very close, comfy bads, just breakfast was poor, but for one day stay was ok

It should be cheaper because it hasn't renovated. Breakfast is average.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location excellent right on the water front/boardwalk. And across the road lots of restaurants and shops. Selfserve laundromat was 5 minutes walk, just pass a Beautiful church in the middle of everything.

Older hotel, but clean. Basically facilities but sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was okay.

Soundproofing could be better, and I thought the lighting was poor - there were no bedside lights.For me the breakfast was disappointing but plenty of guests obviously thought otherwise. The coffee was hardly drinkable and there was a lot of rather non-wholesome food.It all felt a bit impersonal.

Unaware a school group was booked into the hotel. Excited young people ran around Level 3, banging on doors, shouting, screaming out until 2am. Never heard an adult or a teacher ask them to be quiet for other guests, it was like they had full run of the hotel. For a disabled unit the bed was extremely low and hard and the toilet was positioned very badly.

Great hotel, very nice room with beautiful view of the city and the sea! The location is literally the best, everything is in 5 min radius. Also bonus breakfast! Great experience overall!

Location, staff, breakfast

Great location, close to everything yet not on a busy road. Beautiful sea view! Very comfortable bed, warm cover and comfy pillows. Overall - perfect for a stay in Volos. Breakfast is good as well, would recommend this hotel for any traveler! Ah important - it’s very warm in the room! Which is rare for Greek hotels.

Missing furniture on balcony.

The view of the room was the whole coastline and sea promenade of Volos - unbeatable view! The room is nice, only the bathroom is a bit small. The beds are OK. The breakfast was very good. The shopping area of Volos is just around the corner and there are many restaurants and cafes on the promenade, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It is a good value for money! The parking is 6 min walk, either inside the harbor, or on the street opposite to the harbor. There is another paid parking nearby on the main traffic street. Don't leave your car on the side street near the hotel - that is not a parking area, and we saw how car plates are taken down from cars that parked there.

The bathroom could be better organized. The shower cabin is too small and the curtain did not protect the water from spilling - longer curtain could do the job.

A wonderful hotel!We were passing through Volos, and the hotel’s location is excellent - everything is nearby: restaurants, the port, and the bus station. The reception staff were fantastic and polite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The value for money is excellent.
