The rooms at this hotel were nice. They do need some updating. There was a pool but it was too cold during our stay so we did not get to use it. They had a really good breakfast buffet. The kitchen and cleaning staff were all really nice.

The management staff was not very friendly at all. They all always seemed angry. It was raining the day we arrived but we managed to go out for dinner. The second day there, there was a really bad storm, which we found out was Hurricane Daneil. The streets were flooded. We could not call out to any restaurants for delivery service. We inquired at the front desk and they gave us no information. We asked if they had anything that we can purchase to eat and the man at the front desk was mean and said no. Later his son came in to take over for him. We went to the bar to order coffee and I asked him if they had any food that we could purchase, right away he said they had toast sandwiches. I ordered 4. I found them to be very lazy and not caring for their customers. They also did not tell us that they were running on a generator and that we will not have any running water. We left the next day right after breakfast. The balcony doors in our room did not latch properly. Because of the hurrican it was very windy and the doors knocked all night. We mentioned this to the hotel manager and they didn't seem to care at all. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Volos

It is just short car ride from the ferry but has loud barking dogs around at night so could bot sleep well

Proximity to beach and local restaurants

Terrible wi fi. Staff could be more friendly

    10VladimirPosted on: 8-9-2023

Very helpful and kind stuff. Good breakfast, nice garden near the pool to enjoy. Only five minutes walking distance to the beach. Quiet, peaceful hotel. Nice balcony with the breeze.

    5VictoriaPosted on: 8-4-2023

    The location was perfect.

The rooms didn't have an iron for clothes or a hair blow dryer, they didn't change our bed sheets during the stay, and the wifi in the room only had 1 bar and didn't work.

    the receptionists

I chose the hotel based on the pool with jacuzzi and when I asked to use the jacuzzi, they rudely told me “no way”.there was no remote for air conditioning in the room, I had to go and ask for one

The hotel offered a good value for money. We were initially worried reading some of the existing reviews, but later we were convinced that there were no reasons. We felt safe in the area. Even if there are many guests and the covered parking spaces are occupied, you can park on the street in front of the hotel. The rooms are OK, good beds, with white, clean, pleasant sheets, changed every 4 days. Cleaning is done well, daily. Next to the pool is a bar where you can have drinks. For those who do not prefer the beach and sea water, the swimming pool is a good option. The sandy beach is accessible on foot, but you can also go by car, you can park in specially designed areas, for free, or on the streets. The water is incredibly clear and calm in the morning, especially between the dikes. The breakfast was ok, with the general necessities: coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, juice, cereal, honey, jam, butter, omelette, poached eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, ham, olives, watermelon, etc. The ladies serving breakfast were very helpful. It is useful to have an electric mosquito swatter.

Suggestions for improvement would be: to grease the door hinges to avoid creaking and to have all kinds of food at breakfast at the starting time. A wider smile on the arrival of the guests from the gentleman at the reception would also have been nice.

The staff, especially in the dining room, are nice. It's fairly inexpensive but then again it is far outside of town. I frankly can't think of anything else.

It looks fine from the outside but the rooms were cold and borderline dilapidated. The radiator works but gives off so little heat that the room doesn't warm--there should be a warning about this. Breakfast was poor and the coffee was worse.

Very helpfull stuff, good and private parking which was very important to me, small but nice room with very good balcony, well heated for this time of the year, overall all good, recomended

The woman which was supposed to clean the room tried to come inside in 10 at the morning without knocking on the door first while I was still sleeping and check out is not till 12, that's my only complain
