Nice location nice staff.

Parking space is not enough for all customers. There is free space across the street but hotel's parking space is limited.

Everything great for a few days stay, near the Alykes beach where you can use facilities in a cafe only if you buy some drinks, near city centre (10min by car). Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious. Recommendations!

Great hotel in a quiet part of the town. Close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast.

The location is nice, just near the beach, the bed confortable. Good heating for off-season.

The property is quite far from the busy area of Volos, so you'll need a cab (or above an hour of walking) to get to the city centre.

clean , nice staff and quiet area

the doors maybe were bit noisy in the morning, some guests also while on the corridors ,but along the night the rest was excellent. Also there were some humidity flies in the bathroom, but I opened the window and it was much better.

Lovely room which we were kindly upgraded to. Lovely lady on reception and also spoke good English.

Nice location near the beach and a short promenade. Room nicely set up to access what we needed. Elevator was useful.

Staff smoking in the lobby and check in area. We are allergic to smoke and thete was always somebody smoking in the hotel. Not good. Also, 2 day stay. First day we stayed. There were many guests and breakfast was decent. Hot coffee, bacon and sausage, several sweet breads and egg dishes that were well prepared.Second day, only us two for breakfast.No coffee, no bacon or ham, egg dishes poorly prepared and cold, no one around to see if you needed anything. Very poorly presented, lack of choices and since we paid for it, very disappointing and sad. Not a good way to have a guest leave the hotel. Obviously, they didn't care.

Everything very good, spacious room, good wi-fi, good air conditioning good breakfast, staff very friendly, location very good, especially for a further trip to the islands

It is close to beaches and tavernas. Staff is what making this place wonderful, all are very kind and they can recommend you everything possible "to do" in Volos!

We stayed only for one night as we had to catch the boat to Skiathos the next morning. We didn’t have time to have our breakfast but the hotel gave us a generous breakfast box to go (for two). That was really thoughtful of them and we appreciate it a lot. The room met our expectations with a beach in walking distance. Parking was also available which is always a plus. 100% Greek hospitality!

air conditioning not working in a hot climate; it did not produce cold air even setting at 16C just cool air, the fan speed was uneven: slow then speed up later in repeating pattern; this show mgmt not on top of needed repairs and maintenance; they only compensated us with free breakfast

Amazing hospiality. We arrived late and there was staff (1.30 am) and we had to leave early and still got breakfast. You really feel welcome and location is top!
