Hotel Nefeli

The location was great, right in the center and close to lots of nice cafes and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on beaches to visit and how to get around, and one of them even came outside to personally show us where to park, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was the air conditioner. It was installed on the upper left side of the bed, so when it was turned on, the cold air blew directly toward the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep with it running at night. Also, it was a bit noisy, though that’s somewhat expected given the central location.

Spacious room, quite, warm.

Nothing except that the light switched were a little tricky but we figured it out.

Perfect situated in the center. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. We will be back.

The location is exceptional. Close to the beach walk and in the middle of street with eateries and shops. The seasonal decorations (Christmas and New Year) were amazing.The staff is welcoming and helpful. We have reserved a parking spot and they allow us to park the car before check in.

Nothing to dislike

The view was amazing, the location was excellent, our room was very clean and overall the amenities were very good!

The mattress was a bit hard, but that's a personal preference.

The rooms are a bit old. The douche in our room was broken.

Central location, helpful staff, clean room.

Noise from the street was annoying. It lasted until late night and started early morning. The price of the room without breakfast was expensive.

poor facilities in the room , no kettle or facilities for making a drink , lack of plugs , no bath tub plug so couldn't use the bath as specifically requested room with a bath .bathroom bin all rusty and nasty .v hard bed . could hear people above and in the next rooms . only 1 lift for a busy centra hotel .

Very large and comfortable bed with comfortable pillows - not too large which is rare these days.

Location is very good, central to just about everything. No more than 5 min taxi ride from bus/train stations. I was to walk it in 20 min (with backpack) as very easy to get to hotel. Greek breakfast is OK - even if not too varied. Rooms spacious, and staff in general very nice and helpful.

Location being central may be a bit noisy for some. Some may find the hotel decor a bit dated and at times it seemed that wifi was a little slow.

Location in town; parking facility available at a reasonable rate.

Needs refurbishing; outdated furniture and mattress; a/c unit noisy and filthy. Crowded with tourists.

Everything is good

Maybe parking isn't free on winter, because I pay 6e for day (at the summer is same price).I'm not sorry for what I paid, but as a genius level 3 member, I think it could have been at least 50% lower because it's not the summer tourist season.

Best locarion in Volos for us having everything in a 10-15 minutes radius. Spacious and quiet with a lot of storage.

The electric facilities are rather old and the panic buttons are located to uncomfortable place next to the beds (it can easily be pressed unintentionally).

Very spacious and clean room with a balcony. Easy walking to everything; bus station, ferry, cafes, seaside etc. The hotel is on a very busy street with cafes so it's a bit noisy until late.I'd suggest including a kettle in the room.

No tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

Everything ok. a bit outdated (furniture etc), but it was clean etc. Lady from the breakfast was super nice and provided us some great breakfast. Thank you. Hotel is super central and close to everything

Little bit noisy from the street (motobikes in the middle of the night…),

The location of the hotel is right in the city center and you are next to all main streets and restaurants. But be prepared that it can be a bit noisy at night. We chose Nefeli because it has a secure parking (on other street but very close to the hotel building). You need to request a space before check-in if you want to use it. And it is 6 euro per day.

We got a room different from the one I saw in the photos. Later, I understood that some of the rooms are in the process of being renovated, but there are still some with old furniture. Regardless, it was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the terrace didn't have any chairs.

The reception was nice, they let us drop off our luggage. Bed was comfy and air conditioning allowed for us to relax and rest away from the heat! Staff were courteous

Balcony did not allow for sitting and enjoying view of Volos. Bathroom was not inviting

It was perfect for a transit night. The reception guys were nice and pleasant, the rooms were exactly what we needed.
