Cleanliness, spaciousness. Attentive staff.
Beautiful building, well maintained. Nice and clean rooms, good location. Wonderful, rich breakfast
The sea view was ok but did not worth the higher price
The Volos Palace Hotel will absolutely be my go-to place to stay in Volos for the future. The room was spacious, and I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. The staff was enormously helpful with lots of helpful suggestions regarding places to eat, sights to see, etc. It was very easy to walk to wonderful places to eat as well as the waterfront. The breakfast buffet is spectacular as well!
Beautiful stay nice and clean and very attentive employees happy to assist you Big bonus underground parking space
Rooms were great
It’s a little outdated when it comes to the hallways because of the rugs. It also smelt like cigarettes on the third floor
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the free upgrade. The room was comfortable and we had an unobstructed view of the port. All staff we encountered (at the reception, the cleaning crew and breakfast team) were very polite, friendly and helpful. All in all we were very pleased with our stay. We visited on a Tuesday.
Well heated rooms and a great breakfast room
For the price, I would have expected better maintained bathroom, no leaks and such. A bit pricey to be VFM
In Volos. I only stay in Volos Palace
Needs more parking spaces
A wonderful and very pleasant hotel in a convenient location with a beautiful view. Exceptional and hospitable welcome and organization of the New Year's Eve by Mrs. Alatini. Well-maintained, clean and heated rooms. Parking spaces and a very convenient hotel charging station for electric cars. The breakfast was varied and deliciously prepared. Thank you for the welcome and service.
I liked everything.
Everything was perfect. The staff was very polite, the breakfast - a lot of choice, the new year party was very well organized.
The location is very good. Just a few minutes walk from the city center. The stuff is really polite and friendly. The breakfast is one of my favourites I've tried in Greece so far! It has a big variety of foods and the atmosphere is calm.
Excellent location, easy parking, and the sea view was phenomenal.
i went in october the hotel had turned the AC on heat only , it was really hot like 27 degrees and we couldnt have cool on the AC cause it was not independent the AC control
Very central. 10 minutes walk to the ferry and bus stations and 5 minutes to the train. Enough restaurants locally for a choice over a couple of nights. Comfortable room. Breakfast ok.
Very nice hotel and the staff were quite nice when we asked for traditional Greek cuisine to dine at. Go to the Old Town area.
All was good
Comfy bed, decent sized room and a bath. Good breakfast selection.
Although we were able to park easily, later in the evening the car park was rammed as there was a concert on at the outdoor theatre right outside the front of the hotel. Which started at 10pm and was still going at 1 in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back of the hotel rather than one with a sea view. It's probably only an issue on a Saturday, to be fair!
Reasonably well located hotel - walk to the sea front with all the restaurants was not too far. Our room had sea views though the theatre is smack in the way so obscures quite a lot.Nice bar. Decent breakfast.
An open air theatre production was on while we stayed so there was quite a bit of noise in the evenings though in fairness, it didn't go on till very late.
