Hmm, the bathtub, not working fan in the bathroom.

It is in the heart of the city. Not only that, but it has 3 different parking spaces, so parking is not an issue. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. I also loved the swimming pool and the bar, which was a big bonus if you visit during summer period.

Well, nothing! Everything was amazing! If I had to make a comment, I would suggest some minor repairs that would improve the overall image of an already good hotel.

City centre location close to shops, restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The hotel has two offsite car parks which is very useful since it's difficult to find on street parking.

Clearly audible traffic noise from the street even though my room was on a high floor. Restaurant closed on Sunday. Although the hotel is currently renovating guest rooms, this is still a work in progress. My room was basic with dated decor, so best to check that you have been allocated a refurbished room if you would like higher quality accommodation.

Although it is stated that the hotel has parking, there is no parking available, and finding a spot takes a lot of time.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the utmost cleanliness during our stay in Christmas week. Congratulations on maintaining such impeccable facilities. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and politeness. The convenient parking lot was a great plus, and being only 5 minutes away from the central square added to the overall convenience. Proximity to three supermarkets and bakeries was also noteworthy. A truly delightful stay.

Due to the floods, instead of one day, we stayed in the hotel for three days unplanned. There was a power outage in the city, but our hotel had electricity, water, internet and full service all the time. Exceptionally!The hotel room is large, clean, tidy, with a large balcony overlooking the city.The bed and pillows were excellent.The breakfast is excellent, with a decent selection of food and drinks.The best of all was the entire staff, in moments of great uncertainty due to a possible flood, they were always kind and at your service.The hotel has two parking lots available and space on the street, right next to the hotel.

-The size of the room & big windows-Nice beautiful balcony, especially in summer days.-the bright lights in the bathroom-kind of comfy bed and mattress -silent nice a/c

-the staff wasn't welcome they didn't even looked at me when they talked to me, they were chatting with other staff. They said good morning to a foreign couple at the same time I was in the lobby but not to me. When I left I said good bye and no answer back from both woman and man in the Reception, again they were chit chatting.The check in was less than 30 sec. The woman in the front desk said extremely quickly some info while was looking in the computer screen. Even in the check out when I left my luggage behind the desk she wasn't willing to stand up and take the luggage,  she just told me to leave it by myself (like a self service). -The toilet wasn't deep cleaned! I found a spider in the bathtub, and stain from a mat inside the bathtub. The shower was full of limescale! No slippers in the room, as was advertised. Even the linen wasn't tight in the bed. Looks like housekeeping spend maybe 10 min in this room maximum. Cleanliness and feeling welcome is one of the important things.

We got a smoking room. Really disappointed did not book this room and not able to change. Also advertised with pool and when arrived closed. Not good enough and no compensation…

Big spacious suite, friendly team at the reception and nice breakfast.

Lovely hotel with fabulous breakfast.

Pool closed at 7 pm and opened at 12. If you check in later you aren’t able to use facilities.
