Pros +
- Friendly and knowledgeable staff
- The sauna and hot tub were very nice, good location if you¿re doing the south coast.
- Decent location to golden circle and waterfalls
Cons -
- My wife and I had dinner at the lounge and it was terrible. I ordered a salad which came out with peppers on it (I am allergic) The waitress didn't come back to the table and we waited for over 15 minutes for help before my wife had to go get someone.
- Cleanliness of bathroom between different occupiers could be a bit better as there was hair on the walls and floor after checking in.
- The wait staff weren¿t very friendly at the restaurant, beds weren¿t very comfortable

Decent location to golden circle and waterfalls
Least favorite hotel in Iceland. No shampoo, conditioner, or power converters. Curtains do not block the midnight sun- I barely got any sleep. Uncomfortable beds, no air circulation in room, tiniest room/bathroom for the price. Terrible experience.
Great breakfast, rooms were comfortable
No, highly recommend
The hotel was modern and in a very good spot for travelling the country.
Northern lights hallway
Wake up call to see northern lights.
Good location to stay and be able to move around to the tourist sights in both directions. Breakfast had a good choice of foods. The hotel rooms were spacious and great comfortable mattresses. There was a lounge area that had windows surrounding for views and relaxation.
Shower was small and door easily let the water out onto the bathroom floors.
24 hour staff, can do late check in, breakfast was good
Bathroom smelled like urine, two small rips in the sheet that we slept on, very small room where we had to move a chair to get into bed, window overlooked parking lot so it was loud. I’m a thin, petite female and I felt claustrophobic in the shower. Way overpriced for what is offered!
The breakfast not only offers a wide variety of options, but is also fresh and delicious, making it perfect for vacationers in Iceland
The shower is kind of small, but good enough.
Good dinner at their sister hotel down the road — Rotín.
Rooms were essentially prefab — felt like being in a shipping container. Bathroom was so small that shower stall folds to wall so you can turn around. Sauna and hot tub were not warm enough.
Very clean and modern! Was nice to have a gym. The included breakfast was fabulous. Was a little odd the shower was not exactly separate or enclosed.
The town of Hella itself doesn’t have as much open in shoulder seasons but this hotel was lovely and no complaints!
The facilities, the employees (Kúba on his first day was great), the room, the cleaning and the spot. We even saw northern lights from our backyard
nice and clean, free parking, room was small for 4 adults, great breakfast
Breakfast was included and great! Staff was very helpful! Special shoutout to Alexandra for being so accommodating!
The room and bathroom were minimal, but clean. Shower temperature was warm, but not hot.
Location, it was clean
Sofa bad wasn’t comfortable for the kids.
The room was amazing. It had private hot tub and it was relaxing. The breakfast spread was good balance of warm and cool items.
Expensive for the price vs value.
Clean bed modern bathroom friendly desk gentleman good food nearby
Tiny roomsNo telephone No television Shower water runs out to your toilet area... It's not so great that you have to wipe it dry or get your feet wet when you re-enter the bathroomNight guy leaves 10pmish, so u can not get an extra pillow or towel. No mini fridgeEntry door to property appears to open to anyone at all hours? Is there a code for late checking in? Rather expensive for what you get
Location is decent, breakfast was good
Room too small
