eXo Hotel Franka Bamberg - by NeVo Hotels

Great spot from which to visit the surrounding area! Breakfast is quite good. Watch those stairs in the family suite!

The stairs are quite steep in the family suite and we had small kids. Not a huge issue, but a consideration.

Closed and no response

I arrived at 9pm after travelling for 12 hours to find the hotel closed. I tried calling the number provided and it was not answered and then constantly engaged.

The staff is amazing! We felt like home. Special thanks for all the support with all my questions. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Room was good enough.

Unfortunately, the internet connection was bad in our room, even though the reception ladies did their best to help me.

We booked this Hotel as a "stop over " and had not expected too much. However the Hotel was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The Hotel had a cellar bar which served snacks and was very welcoming after a long drive. Breakfast was good and the underground parking was useful.

The Hotel offered good value for money, so no negative comments.

Location, covered car parking and room was clean

Lack of restaurent, breakfast menu is basic, simple things water bottle in room. Room backyard & common courtyard not cleaned

Room was fine. Staff was okay.

Internet didn't work in my section of the hotel at all. Staff really couldn't or wouldn't be bothered.

Very pleasent staff. Did extra wishes in order to serve the client. Big room, nice terrace, calm environment

Shower in bathroom was preety small

Breakfast was good.

Staff doesn't speak English, therefore unable to help and support for our needs.Wi-fi doesn't work in the dépendance, our phones were unable to connect. We booked for the hotel and we stayed in dépendance in front of the hotel. No discount applied.

Room is nice and clean. Friendly staffs

Breakfast system was not properly organized. The refill of the foods are slow

Passable

No breakfast was served due to missing staff, no refund for the breakfast was made and I never received the updated invoice I then requested.

Accomodation is situated in very good location. It is not so far away from small square, where you can find bakery, restaurants and pubs. We spent here only one night due to visit of Bamberg.

Rooms were not sealed and you could hear noise from the floor. If you stay here only for a short time, hotel has no reserved parking slots around a hotel. There is some parking garage, but we did have possibility to use it.

Excellent breakfast, many options to choose from

Larger and more equipment in fitness room

all except WiFi and receptionist

receptionists friendliness.

Poor service

For more than 35 years staying in hotels around the world this was the first one denying an extra pillow!
