- The front desk service was amazing.
- Very friendly, clean and great location for flights.

- Room was so hot, restaurant could not service us even 1.5 hr before closing, same with room service.
- Room air conditioning was lack luster. The room did not cool down even when set to lowest setting. Opening the window turned off the fan system and brought in extra noise from the outside. It was rather stuffy throughout the night.
