Location and the price!!

Room was a little bit dirty.

Clean, comfortable, very nice hotel, nice staff

Convenient location. Near 400 kw EV charging station. External appearance appealing.

We were unable to sleep due to a very noisy and continuous noise coming from the radiator. When we advised front desk they offered the adjacent room with the same problem and a fetid odor. The shower went from intermittently overly hot to cold. Breakfast was just ok, out of many items by 8:30 AM. When spoke to the manager about our concerns in order to help future guests he failed to apologize, or even listen, accusing us of trying to change our room. Worst interaction ever in all the years of extensive travel. AVOID!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the breakfast buffet was delicious and constantly replenished, and the restaurant was exceptional.

I was hoping for a more updated room. While cozy, ours felt a bit outdated. The heating system couldn’t be controlled, and it was extremely hot at night. I had to open the window, but the noise from cars driving by on the road-facing side of the hotel was quite noticeable.The mini bar was empty, which was a bit disappointing as it would have been nice to have access to some water or snacks. Additionally, an extra pillow would have been helpful. I understand those are common in the area, but I’m not accustomed to them and found it a bit uncomfortable.

Really nice room, very conveniently located off the motorway. Nice garden and very good breakfast.

The staff was courteous, friendly and gave us some great tips as to where to go in Croatia. As well, some water and dextrose. So kind.

Nothing to dislike

We had a pleasant, clean and spacious room with a balcony, decorated in a stylish vintage manner. Very good breakfast. Thanks to the responsive, helpful and friendly hotel staff. We will definitely stay here again when traveling near Salzburg. We were very pleased with our stay at this property.

The noise from the road was very disturbing. Don't take a room with windows facing the highway. Even with the windows closed it's hard to get a good night's sleep, and even more so with the windows open.

It was nice Hotel. The rooms were very clean and neatly decorated. We requested a water kettle and they immediately gave us one. Quite large tubs in the bathroom. Very good breakfast. Quite neighbourhood for a small walk.

"Location is everything", and this Hotel is a 10, just a fine minute drive to Salzburg and a little over 10 to nearby Germany. Gas station and restaurants all within walking distance. Plentiful buffet full of fresh goodies and very gracious staff welcome you to breakfast.I personally greatly appreciated their attention to detail acknowledging my birthday with a wonderful gift bag!

The team is excellent—nice and clean rooms. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is 40m from the bus stop to Salzburg. I would recommend it!
