The casino huge resort had a nice restaurant, a lively cafe with great desserts.

The reception guy offered the option of a smoking room and my husband agreed out of interest (no hotel offers that these days!), but the room smelled strongly of smoke, making it feel like we were living in an ashtray. The odor on all surfaces made sleeping difficult, and by morning, I had a severe allergic reaction, including facial swelling and hives on my back. We left the room quickly, leaving behind my winter boots, as we couldn’t stand to stay any longer.This experience gave us a lesson of not experimenting and always choosing smoke-free hotel environments to be safe from harmful exposure.

Great location when visiting Nova Gorica. Safe parking in hotel basement.

Access to swimming pool and gym for guests was good. Free parking at hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was dated and unclean. Many of the rooms allow smoking so there was smoky smell in the room. Carpets in the room were old, faded and unclean. Sink and shower were badly stained in the bathroom. Room was cleaned twice despite a no disturb sign each time.

Ham/meat thickness to big.hard to eat some prosciutto. Swimming pool closed at 20.45 and additional payment for sauna (1st time I see this at hotel)

Very dirty. Small rooms like from the 1990s. Breakfast was not nearly for the price. The only glamorous thing was the casino and it is also very unpleasant. Very very expensive and not even nearly worth the price.

Room was not warm enough, blankets were thin. My night was cold and uncomfortable in this cold day.

The hotel is centrally located, lage and good facilities including a pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a nice coffee shop at the front of the building and there is an extensive buffet for breakfast.

We thought it was a non smoking hotel but it seems some sections allow smoking. Our room was a bit old. Its more expensive than other similar hotels nearby but not any better. Pool could only used during limited hours on weekdays.

Great breakfast.Staff were very quick to change the room when we complained about the terrible smell of cigarettes when it was meant to be a non smoking room.

Not enough power points so recharging devices was not easy.A kettle and tea making facilities were expected in a hotel of this price.

Old room

Everything was good. I always stay in this nice hotel when I travel in Slovenia. Strongly suggested.

If compared to some years ago breakfast is a little poor and restaurant increased sensibly prices but this is happening worldwide.

Gym and the pool are open only after 9 a.m. and guests being busy during the day simoly cannot use the options. This is a shame for the price.

Could be an alternative for children to swim. Families are unable to enjoy the pool together as the pool seemed to be for adults only.

we don’t think it is very clean! it has a peculiar odor. we stopped there on our way to other destinations. the carpet it is very stained! the staff is not friendly!
