Quality Hotel Sarpsborg

Very nice fitness center, great breakfast

We had been traveling all day and we're very tired and wanted to relax and watch TV. But we were unable to do that because we could not get the captions on the television to work in English. We asked the hotel staff to help us, but they said they didn't know anything about it. So it was very disappointing not to have Accessible TV accommodations. It should've been very simple to put the captions on in English, but apparently you had to have a code to unlock the TV to do that. The staff said they didn't have a code. So it was not a very pleasurable night.

Location and access to swimming pool (Superland)

Room heating didn't work at all (outside temperature -6⁰)

I liked that it was possible to pay for swimming pool and playground at the reception for 2days staying immediately. Rom was ok, bed was soft and big.Breakfast buffet was tasty,a lot to choose from. Swimming pool and playground were close to each other. Didn't have to go out. A lot activities for the kids. Big parking outside.

TV in one room we stayed wasn't working and it was kind cold in d room.

The staff were excellent. The rooms were small but functional.There is a big spa pool and sports area at extra cost.Easy walk from airport bus. Drop off. And collection point. We came for a funeral, and chose the hotel for proximity to friends and church.Really excellent breakfast masses of choice.

Loads of families with children at the weekend. Not a spa experience, more local lido. No English menu in restaurant, and food not to English taste.

Good Breakfast, Great restaurant ambience.

Bed was uncomfortable. Family room was small. Expected it to be a bit large and modern. Restaurant was expensive.

We enjoyed Super land.

The heater in our room was not working, but the crew member brought us a portable one after we notified them about the heater issue.

The restaurant was really great. Cozy atmosphere and delicious food.

The facilities are old. The bedroom requires maintenance. The roof had broken parts, the furniture is old. No sauna available for kids below 16 years old. Extra payment for access to playground and swimming pool. No free parking.

Convenience of position to my family in Sarpsborg as well as the hospital

That swimming pool is extra when the hotel promotes it through its advertising

Hotel located in perfect location where are for child friendly environment. Swimming pool ,Spa.

Pillows like in other hotels. And no heating floor in bathroom.

Feels old and not clean. Carpets on floors in room smell. Old style bathrooms. Needs a refurb.

That it is comfortable

A bit too noisy, somehow feels crowded all the time but is not and that it was not so clean

The wellness area was great, the breakfast was also satisfying. Great wall climbing opportunity at the hotel.

The only thing that was a bit bad, that you have got nothing in your room like a coffee machine or kettle, just the TV, room service was also available upon request, otherwise the room is not being cleaned.

Convenient

Need renovations. Room not very clean. Hole in wall and paint scratched.

The buffets were amazing. Best part of the trip was the food! good value for money!You come here for the waterpark for the kids.

The rooms are old, the bed was very uncomfortable.
