Heritage Park Hotel

Best property in Solomon. Hands down. Staff is amazing. Food is great. Facilities are beautiful.

The hotel recommended tour guide, Karen was not very good. She took us out to pretty dangerous conditions for a snorkel trip. I wish they had better local partners.

Hotel is located close to the main business in Honiara, well presented and lovely staff more than happy to help.

Scammers. I used my reservation, stayed in Heritage Park and payed for staying in cash. Days later they “cancelled” reservation to avoid paying commission to booking.comCancellation reason - “invalid card”. Ha-ha-ha

Great location, facilities, dining experience and in general the staff was super friendly.

The front desk is nice but the have no idea about anything outside the hotel. Either the hotel hires someone as a concierge to help guests or they team up with a local travel agency.

Restaurant wasn’t to my taste, but there were many options right next to the property. No elevator, and we were in the 3rd floor. Not a problem, but we had heavy luggage.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Decent gym. Very nice pool. Restaurant is fine. Best place to stay in Honiara. It’s not cheap however.

This is a very nice hotel, brilliant location, nice rooms and facilities, and well maintained.

The staff were friendly and couldn’t go a day without greeting you with a smile, upon arrival and departure. Very clean and tidy as well.

The location was excellent and the hotel staff were very friendly. Food esp the curry is perhaps the best we've tasted. Great initiative with big name entertainer like Big Mountains performance at the carpark.

Food service and room service was a tad slow. Area for improvement.

A beautiful haven in lively Honiara. Staff wonderful. Perfect location for walking to the museum, craft market and central market.

Loud music from the nightclub nextdoor until 2am and rodents in the ceiling kept me from getting much sleep.

A 5 stars Hotel, which is very close to the National Museum of Honiara, which is worth visiting. Nice room with a view to the sea, very clean and spacious.

The nightclub next door on the Western boundary plays very loud music until the early hours of the morning. Constant reggae the sound of which can be heard in the block 100 rooms. No use complaining to Reception as they are powerless to ask that the music be turned down next door. Difficult to sleep if you score one of these rooms

Lovely comfortable rooms friendly staff

We were in block 1 by the water which was lovely but right next to the Kava Bar that partied loudly with music and yelling until early hours of the morning, so very little sleep for 4 nights on a work/humanitarian trip. After 3 nights I complained about the noise but staff said nothing could be done and as full, couldn’t move rooms.

The hotel was clean, tidy & well kept. The food was tasty and staff very friendly.

The wifi was slow (possibly a provider issue), and the free data allowance was not much, at 1.5Gb, with unlimited package option being very expensive.
