The location. A bit smaller than it was pictured on line. Pool was nice and the views were beautiful. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.

They would not let us into our room before 4:00PM even though we had requested an early check in!!!! The room was fine. Kind of average. The staff was spotty.

Poor value for money. Room resembles a shed. No carpet in the room, tiny window. Definitely expected more for the money.

Close to citi, beautiful view, friendly staff

The location to all of the sites we visited during the day to include Gordes. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The view of Gordes at night with all the Christmas lights was beautiful.

One room was next to the road so we heard several loud cars (Porsches) passing late at night.

The location and view were wonderful and the staff was helpful at all times.

Side room outside with private terrasse, great staff (very helpful and friendly, with a genuine smile), good views from the main terrasse and nice swimming pool. Walking distance into Gordes.

Some confusion about whether the restaurant was open on our arrival.

Loved the location! Great value! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Christophe is incredibly helpful and wants to make your stay the best it can be.

Location and great parking

Rooms were a little small but not really an issue.

beautiful hotel, short walk to town, perfect for watching the towns colours change at sunset. good breakfast, perfect hosts. good choice of wine and a good beer for time out on the terrasse. lovely room, bed and bathroom had everything necessary for a good night or two or more.

The food arrangements were poor. It is described as a restaurant but you are provided with only limited snack options, pots or salad clearly all prepared in advance.The constant requests to book in ahead, pay before the day of departure etc. were frustrating and seemed designed to help an inadequately staffed hotel rather than help the guests.The staff were quite inflexible

Alexander and Christoph were amazing! The only thing I might ask to improve is breakfast. Omelettes and more variety baked goods would be fantastic but this hotel is amazing ! I’ve stayed there before and will definitely go again.

The facilities and staff were excellent along with the location. Small, comfortable, friendly with beautiful views.

The view is fantastic. Very nice location with conveniency.

Avoid if you can. I don't know how can a person stay in a mouldy room with extremely strong smell. The concierge advise us to put an air refresher. As a hotel charge around £200 per night, this won't be something that you are expecting.

The place is in a great spot with views and only a 5 minute walk to the village .Christof and jeremy really looked after us /
