The breakfast was really good. It offered what ever you would like for your breakfast. They have fresh fruit and lovely breads. Delicious cappuccinos. The staff was very hospitable and so accommodating. The bathroom was pristine as well as the room. It exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our one night,as the beds were very comfortable. The concierge was hospitable so welcoming. So sorry I forgot her name but not her friendly attitude.

You have 2 noisy options... Closed window + very noisy AC or Open window next to the very noisy street

Very convenient location for trips and hikes to the area, especially with the bus stop right in front and train stop in 30 min walking distance. Friendly staff. Never had time to use the restaurant, but was offered a discount voucher.

AC was quite loud, but I got used to it.

Excellent location, especially when you want to use the cable car at Monte Carasso, the parking facilites are very simple to find and good space to park. Good rooms and nice brakfast. The people I met at the hotel was very helpful with all my questions and normal needs as client. Absolutely a place to recommend :)

Breakfast was one of the highlights! Great food and super friendly people!We had a room to the backyard, which was comfy and quiet.

Check in time was 14:00 on their website and on booking.com.. We arrived with our little baby of 3 months at 15:00. At the front desk they tell us you have to wait, the room is not ready yet. So we waited 30 minutes outside (30 degree Celsius) with a full packed car, our dog and our baby even though we paid for a check in time at 14 clock. We received no information concerning the delay.

Loved the stay, the room was very neat and clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was simple but good. Another surprise was the availability of unlimited bottled water for free.

The location was great. Everything was either a short walk or a bus ride away. Breakfast was equally good. Nice selection and great cappuccino. Would definitely stay here next time.

The hotel employees are very kind and available to accommodate any request. The hotel is truly pet friendly. The the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Close to bus station, which let's you easily reach Bellinzona or Locarno, free water was very well appreciated

You need a proper instruction to understand how lights in your room work :)

The reception staff was very professional and exceptionally forthcoming, even I arrived very late.I travel frequently and this experience was way above what I would expect from a 3 Star Hotel

Staff were super friendly!Dog friendly , even with dog bowl and mat in our room.Beautiful breakfast especially outside on patio. View outside window I loved, looking at vineyards, mountain and cool architecture .Large room and bathroom .Nice lighting.

On Booking this hotel is noted as with airco. Both our rooms did not have it. There was uncertainty if the breakfast was included or not.
