    Pros +

    • I had a delightful one-night stay at ClassicX Landhaus & Hotel – Bed & Breakfast. The hotel is conveniently close to the motorway. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, ensuring a restful night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which enhanced the overall experience. The on-site restaurant serves only breakfast, so guests looking for lunch or dinner will need to explore nearby options. A great choice is the ClassicX Café & Restaurant in Grolsheim, which also hosts an impressive antique car collection - a must-see for enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.Free parking is an added bonus. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking comfort and tranquility.
    • The property was fantastic with amazing staff, located near all the towns you might be in the region for and nearby hiking trails. The breakfast was good, and the staff kept the property quite clean. We really enjoyed meeting Tanja who worked at the front desk, she was so friendly and kind and she made our whole stay here so enjoyable.
    • Very nice and considerate people, nice breakfast, good size room

    Cons -

    • It would be nice to have a small snack and coffee option available on-site after breakfast hours for added convenience.
    • The only thing we didn’t like about the property is the beds. The mattresses are very very hard. I prefer a softer mattress and asked for an extra comforter to lay on which the staff kindly provided but didn’t really help. My partner likes a hard bed, but even he found the bed to be much too hard and both of our sleep suffered for this. Outside of this, the hotel was really good to stay in.
    • The beds were terrible hard. The breakfast was okay- we paid 15 per person and they charged us another 3,50 for the omelette. The fruit cocktail looked as it as been served a couple of times. The bread buffet was tiny.

    Nice hotel and nice staff.

There was a wedding party directly below our room and the music was extremely loud until 3am. We were travelling with a young baby and would have been grateful to have known what to expect. The staff were nice and did refund our breakfast for the inconvenience.

Perfect hotel for a one-night stay but also if you want to discover the surroundings for several days. Big, clean room, good shower, Quiet. Perfect!

The Wifi (WLAN) was so bad, that I couldn't use it. I was kind of surprised that this still exists in 2024. Too bad, because I had a lot of work to do.

The room was really good. Comfortable, quiet, clean - everything you need. The staff were lovely, and they have a secure garage to store bikes. The breakfast was a little limited if you’re vegetarian. Vegan might be a struggle - but they did say to me that if I were there more nights then they could accommodate - so don’t be put off, but alert them in advance. On the whole, great.

The Landhaus location and atmosphere are exceptional. Quiet, yet close to amenities like Globus, restaurants, and my brother’s home. Love the breakfast!

The staff was really lovely (special Kudos for Tania). She really made us feel special. The hotel is wonderfully renovated, and the rooms are neat.

The pillows are soft stuffed, I would have loved memory foam.

Easy to find, excellent spacious room, good shower, very good breakfast.

No restaurant on site and nothing available locally on a Monday evening.

Spacious room, great breakfast, quiet location (once party ended). Easy to reach several tourist spots in the area. All rooms accessible via lift.

There was a loud party going on below us though it stopped at 22.00. We had to drive out to get dinner (but highly recommend the hotel’s own restaurant which is only 5 mins away)

I stayed for 5 month, and they met all my expectation. When the weather got hot, I could change to a room with aircon.

Accommodation and breakfast 1st classExcellent stop over on way to Austria

Because of exhibition at hotel parking was next door and not so convenient as if on premises. However was informed of situation day before arrival

    7RubenPosted on: 7-21-2022

The welcome was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the necessities. The breakfast in the morning is well arranged and has enough choice. The hotel is close enough to the high way to make it a good stop if you are traveling further.

The hotel also has a event center next to it. From the booking this was not clear to me. Not every night there will be an event, but when I was staying here, there was a sport club having some sort of party there and this caused quite some noise lasting into the night. It's good to be aware of this and probably check before hand if there is something scheduled on the day(s) you want to stay here.

Breakfast excellentLocation convenient stopover on journey to Austrian Tirol

Restaurant could have been open in evening but plenty of choice locally in Bingen

    7SebastiaanPosted on: 7-9-2022

Very pet friendly, they placed a bowl and dog snack in our room before arrival. The hotel and the room was incredibly clean, spacious and new. Perfect place for us to stop on our way to Italy.

No tea/coffee station in the room or hotel unless you buy it separately or get the breakfast arrangement. The room had no climate control and the hallway was around 26 degrees or up

    7RolfPosted on: 5-29-2022
